Question: I went out with a Chinese friend tonight and a few other chinese women and felt like a horrific looking beast compared to them. They are so delicate and even the littlest things about them, such as the way they sit down, is fascinating. Especially to men. I might as well have been invisible in the way men ignored me. Anyhow,just wondering how I can get more confidence so I don't feel sub-human when I hang out with a good friend.

People love being around confident people. You see, confident people do not feel the need to judge you or tear you down in order to elevate their own self-worth. They radiate a positive energy. You feel safe around them. You need to consistently and confidently take action to move towards your goals, and towards your ultimate destiny. People who lack in confidence often get ‘stuck’. So you see, your entire DESTINY is shaped by your degree of confidence. True self-confidence comes from an absolute sense of certainty deep within, that you are able to handle anything life throws your way. Truly confident people exude calm, control, power, certainty. They care about people, and they make people feel good when they are around them.They never brag – after all, actions speak louder than words. People who brag are just masking their insecurities. People have varying degrees of confidence depending on what activity they are performing. For example, someone might be totally confident in performing a piano concert, or driving a car, but feel totally inadequate at a new job they’ve started, or at flirting with members of the opposite sex. People with Total Self-Confidence, though, have complete belief in themselves. They never ask themselves “Can I really do this? What if this doesn’t work out? Am I good enough to pull it off?” They know that if they really want something, and they are committed to getting it, it will happen. They know that it’s just a question of time until they’ve mastered the skills and knowledge to make whatever they want a reality

You need to workout to gain confidence. When you become comfortable with your body image you will feel better. Not to mention the endorphins released into your body from exercising will improve your emotional wellbeing and make you happy. If you are overweight do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day. If not then lift weights to tone up. Do upper body one day and lower body the alternate day so you can workout everyday without having to wait to recover. Workout the abs everyday.

Well the thing is my friend... You need to let it out if you had Emotional Damage than (Depending on what type of Damage it is say Anger or Sadness) then play a game or listen to Music that suits your mood. For example watch a Violent movie if you have anger in you are sad watch a comedy to cheer you up Play a Game like Hellentry to Let your Power out on the enemy or play the sims to play around...Listen to heavy metal...or Techno.. Gaining Confedince is hard.... but Fixing Emotional Damage is somthing else i dont think Confedince is what you need

First ,you have to be friendly and approachable until you will feel that you are at ease with the crowd.You have to be true to yourself. Think what others have that you have it also.Try to feel that you are stand out and smart, wear anything that you are comfortable and don't judged yourself . We are all created the same, we are all good-looking in the eyes of GOD.

okay this is a biggie... 1. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds. 7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins. 8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories. 9. Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened. 10. Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can. 11. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to losing pounds. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. This is a fine way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay. Change the items included in your diet every day. This is an excellent way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay and it helps you to experiment with a variety of dishes and there by you do not get bored of your diet. 29. If you can say no to alcoholic beverages please do. Alcoholic beverages too are not good for you.
