Question: I am almost 16 and i weigh 194 pounds and i am 5' 6". How much should a weigh for this age and height? It is almost summer and i want to way lot less. I have been going tothe gym and eating healtheir. But how much should i weight with the information i have given you? Any thing helpful would be greatly apreciated. I want to be "bikini ready" by June 15! Anything nice is helpful. NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS PLEASE!

You are doing fine. Recommended weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week so you are right on target by losing 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Studies have shown that if you lose it any faster, you will gain it all back plus some. Sounds like you are on track with exactly what you are doing.

i agree with gail on giving up sugar. You will get used to it in a couple of days. I did that and now i don't even like the taste of sugar lmao. Anyways here is what you should do 1) drink water 2) eat less sugar 3) eat more veggies and fruits. Your already doing awesome all i have to say is GOOD JOB and Keep it up! =) B.T.W don't overdo the exercise take it easy at first then increase. I started doing it 6 days a week and i got soo tired i stopped exercise for like 2 weeks. Start at 5 days a week and 2 days rest. That should be enough.
