Question: So I've spent the past year basically flying back and fourth between Canada and the US cause my parents got a divorce. And cause of it i haven't been able to keep myself in proper shape, do to being on the bloodied planes all the time. So I noticed today that I've gained like about 15 pounds, and I just feel fat and rubbish. So what are some ways I can lose weight quickly? Without like not eating at all, cause I've read those type of diets make it difficult to keep the weight off. Thanks in advance! P.S Sorry for my bad grammar I still have yet to perfect my english. Aureviour! Also It can't envole like drugs or thing you have to buy. Cause my parents think I should fatten up anyway so their agisent me wanting to lose weight. But I think 5'2 and 130 pounds is just to heavy for a fourteen year old girl.

If you're like me, with little time to cook, you might want to adopt this simple approach: Get foods with the most protein possible and the fewest carbs possible. Good choices are beans, unsweetened yoghurt, eggs, nuts, and things like turkey. I also drink a lot of milk. For a supplement, I take wheatgrass, which has the equivalent of 3 servings of vegetables in one tsp. It has more than 90 vitamins and minerals, and anti-oxidants. Last year, I was 204 pounds, not sure what I weigh now, but I am 5'8" and my size 10 jeans are very baggy. Read labels...things that SEEM healthy like Yoghurt drinks, often have as many as 47 carbs. I generally try to stay away from things that have more than 23 carbs. I don't eat bread, pasta, rice, basically anything artificially made. You can also get big turkey breasts, roast them, snack on them, or meat. By gov standards, you need about 50 grams of protein a day...almost 4 cans of tuna. I also highly recommend a liver detox kit. It cleans out your whole body, and you will be amazed by what junk comes out of you...all those years of free radicals building up. It makes you skin beautiful, your nails gorgeous, and also, I have medical tests, MRI's, EMG's of the legs, and bloodwork, that prove this combination of wheatgrass and detoxing helped me enough that I am almost completely well...whereas a few weeks ago, they were running me ragged trying to save me and I was facing having a shunt put in my brain to drain off the excess fluids...usually this doesn't go away by itself. Plus I couldn't walk because I was unable to feel my legs. Potassium also increases cell metabolism, while salt slows it down. To get the daily intake, you'd need to eat something like 10 potatoes, or 30 bananas. Usually, tablets say they have 500 some mg on the front, but actually, on the back, they say they contain 97 mg. only 2 percent of what the gov recommends. So I take 8 of them, disolve them in tea, whatever, and drink it throughout the day. If you read enough food labels, you'll see hardl ANYTHING, even vitamins, has anywhere near the amount of potassium we are supposed to have. But if you do that, you want to cut out salt...almost everything in our culture is high in sodium. I can barely even look at the food I used to eat! Now, just eat when I'm hungry, and keep losing weight. I can see your parents concern, but according to a physical fitness trainer, my weight should be 131, and I am 5'8" and 53 years old. You can get a free diagnosis at most gyms. However, they go more by body fat to determine ideal weight, as muscle weighs more.

Diets, counting carbs, etc; they all seem to be ineffective to losing weight. The best diet is the one you can put together; the one that works with your body. Here are some tips/components to easily shed poundage. 1. Other people's diets. Let's tackle this first, before anything else. If you've tried to use another person's diet and aren't seeing results, don't be surprised: other people's diets may not work for you. 2. Exercise. This is the shortcut to shedding some serious poundage. Exercise works your body, strengthens your muscles (the heart in particular), burns fat, keeps your body active, helps to regulate body processes, gives you more energy during the day, etc. 3. Metabolism, the dreaded 'M' word. Metabolism; your best friend and worst enemy. It's the rate at which your body metabolizes, or consumes, food and drinks. The faster your metabolism, the more weight you lose. So to lose weight, we need to curve our metabolism to be at its peak. 4. However, exercise helps to curve your caloric intake, which means you'd be able to consume more than just 1,500 calories a day; and this is where exercise is key!!!! 5. Fruits and Vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are essential to your body and weight loss. They're loaded with vitamins and minerals all meant to not only boost your energy, but to also keep your body's processes working and working efficiently. 6. Snacking. Love Oreos? A critical part of weight loss is to not psychologically cut off something. If your mind craves chocolate chip cookies, don't hold back! Otherwise, your mind will only focus on getting you to appease this craving, and not focus on everything else. 7. Fast food. Fast food, not only does it taste bad, but it's bad for you in a variety of ways. Amongst those is weight loss. So, strictly NO fast food. If you're not so serious about weight loss, do your best to keep it at once per week. Either way, keep everything rationalized; for every Big Mac Meal you eat a month, eat a vegetable salad once a week for one/two weeks.
