The cardio program is fine. There is little difference between using resistance bands and resistance equipment. To a muscle anything that makes it stress or work is going to make it grow. Almost every woman is never going to get really muscular for that is determined by the amount of male hormones that you have. You will become more toned and defined which is a nice look. The other bonus that resistance workouts give it that they build these little furnaces( muscle fiber) that continue to burn calories long after a workout is done. Also more muscle makes movements easier to perform. So use the machines at the gym and get with a trainer or someone that is qualified to show you how to lift correctly. Try taking a day off so that you don't burn out just doing all of this. To mix things up ride a bike instead of walking. Use the pool in the gym if it is available. Mix up what you are doing or it will become boring. Take different classes such as Pilate's or yoga once or twice a week. For a different exercise outside of the exercise world try dancing. It is a great workout that is also social.

Hi, excerciseis good but it doesn't actually help you lose much weight. Picture this scenario: You run for 30 minutes - you lose about 300 calories. You're hungry so you go to the nearest burger king and buy a 'healthy' hamburger. The hamburger puts on 500 cals. If you want to lose weight, a good diet is the idea. BTW DONT OVERDO IT!! I mean dont eat like a carrot for breakfast. You should excercise around 4 hours a week to help you on a diet.Doing too much excercise will give you aches and pains. If you're bored, get a friend to do it with you, or listen to the radio and/or a iPod. You're doing pretty well, carry on the good work lol :)

The diet is good as weight watchers is desgined to make you lose weight, you are doing a lot of exercise which is good but don't do too much as you might pull a muscle. Only one down side, you are focusing mostly on the lower half of your body, try and do your arms and chest up a bit and kick one of fitness classes (if you want) it will save you money. There is only one bad thing about a diet, it is that you can't go straight back to what you were eating before you have to gradually take one thing away and add one thing otherwise the weight will be piling back on. Hope this helps. :)

Sounds great...but dont' worry about bulking because females can't (not naturally). Weights are fine and you want to tone your muscles, because it increases your metabolism. The variety of workouts is good, because it will help keep you from getting bored. One thing that puts a lot of people off exercise quickly, is doing the same thing over and over and they just get sick of it. I use a variety of DVDs and videos for workouts (aerobics, kick boxing, yoga, strength training, etc) and also walk/jog for weight loss. The variety keeps me going and keeps my body guessing so it doesn't get used to doing the same thing all the time. Sounds like you are on the right track. Good luck!
