Question: Okay.. so i weight 360 pds.. maybe less.. But thats not the point.. I wanna join the military.. && i have to be between 93 && 131 bounds..!! Can somebody please give me advice on how 2 eat && how much exercising i should be doing?? && DONT BE RUDE ABOUT IT... IF YA GONNA BE RUDE JUST MOVE ON && DONT EVEN ANSWER!!!

Losing weight fast is extremely unhealthy. The only way you would be able to lose weight quickly would be doing excessive exercise followed up by diet supplement pills with things like Caffeine and Ephedrine. You are definitely not at a weight to consider those things, as they are VERY taxing on your heart and can cause very grievous injuries that will last your whole life. It isn't worth being impatient if you will end up being damaged for ever. Just watch what you eat, and start working out.
