Question: Hi. I'm a 15 year old female, 5'2 140 pounds. I wanna be at a healthy weight such as 100-120 pounds. I have problems sticking to my own diets, and lets face it..I'm too lazy to exercise. The only exercise I do is cardio dancing for about an hour, and gymnastics every now and then. Could you maybe give me a meal plan for me to lose weight for sure? If you have lost a lot of weight on a diet, could you tell me? Thanks for all your answer..Integrity.Love.Unity.

i'm the same age , and once i lost 15 pounds by only eating 500 calories a day which was only salad and fruits and stuff for about 2 weeks , i kept it off for a month , but then got lazy because face it , junk food is AUHMAZING. but yeah lol

dont confuse thirst with hunger drink a glass of water when you feel hungry to see if thats what you re really craving

The diet plan looks very good. I have found that removing all grains and sugars from my diet allowed me to drop a ton of weight and pants sizes very quickly. It has to do with keeping your blood sugar and insulin in check. Don't worry too much about how many veggies you eat. You're better off filling up on veggies than going hungry and being temped to cheat. In terms of the exercise, there is no need to do it every day. You are better off working very hard, but for a very short time only 3 times per week. Even though you say that you don't want to gain muscle, doing so will allow you to burn extra calories all the time, even when you are sleeping. You're not going to end up looking like a bodybuilder, so don't worry about that. I recommend performing weightlifting once a week and High Intensity Interval Training twice per week.
