Question: Hi... I would relli like to have a flat stomach.... Currently I am 27", I really want 2 come down to 23-24", is there anything I can do? Any exercises to have a flat stomach? Also, I would also like to lose weight from my ***, thighs , arms and legs.... any exercises..??? Pls Help Thanx

To have a flatter stomach you have to lose the fat around the midsection. Just doing crunches and other ab exercises will tighten the muscles but unless you lose the fat through cardio and diet you will still not see good results. The best exercise for abdominals is hanging knee/leg raises. But 27" is good for a woman's mid section. Some women with medium to large bone structure can't get down as low as 23-24" But if you still have fat on your abs and back there is room for improvement.

There is no such thing as working on only ONE area. You can work the muscles in one area, but if you want to lose weight- it's impossible to "shrink your abs." The only thing that you can do is to use more calories then you eat each day. That means...get out and do something. Go for a walk. Go for a run. Go for a bike ride. The more cardio that you do, the more weight that you will lose. To keep a large butt, you have to have different parents give you different genes. Sorry, but there is nothing that you can do to get thin, but keep a big tush. You are either going to lose weight ALL OVER, or you will keep the weight on everywhere. Like I said, there is no such thing as spot fat remover. By the way, YOU ARE 13!!!! You body is still changing...just stay patient and be glad with what you were given. Building your abs just pushes the fat out, you have to tone the abs only slightly while you focus on losing weight, so you can see them and aren't lifting too much weight. If you weigh more while doing cruches, you build the abs too much. You can't lose weight off specific parts, it comes off all over. Bring caloric intake down, bring physical activity up, drink lots of water and snack on fat-free and low-calorie foods, and the pounds will go. When the stomach is flat, it's easier to tone it using whatever abdominal exercises you prefer.

breathing exercises work, breath in deep til u feel belly button, hold tight, release. Do situps every other day, Get u a set of weights and lift on ankles and arms to tone up. Or get some heavy rocks in the woods and lift every other day.
