Question: P90X: have you used it? what were the results? I need to lose 35 pounds. I am 207, 5ft 4". does it come with a nutrition plan?

1-walk 2-eat fruits before meals by 2 hrs except banana and grapes and drink water 1-2 cups immediately before meals 3-eat smaller amounts of carbohydrates, a lot of greens (salads) and ur regular protein 4-play horizontal bar,you can buy one and fix it high in any door if you do not have any narrow path at home 5-there is a magic if you can:every morning after waking up drink from 2-4cups of warm water,one every 10-15 min,you can add drops of lemon to accept and do not eat any thing before 45 min. 6-the most valuable 2 advices , never eat before feeling hungry when you eat do not be full.leave food while you still want it,a wonderful training,only one week you will accustomed to this is the same program followed through my life it succeeded it prevented me from reaching large weight although Iam 60,having 3 kids

My coworker is using that currently. I see her every day in the staff wellness room with her laptop doing the exercises along with the video. It's been about a month and her results are very visible. She says she took a couple inches off her waistline in the first couple of weeks. It looks like it works if you stay committed to it and really do it on a firm schedule (she does it 6 days a week). The other woman she was working with gave up because she said it was *extremely* hard. I felt tired just watching it. But I would imagine if you don't mind the extra hard work you'll meet your target weight in no time. Best of luck!

comes with a nutrition plan, yes results are determined by lots of factors. its a good program and worth it, if you stick to it remember, its 60-90 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 13 weeks..
