I think I'm okay everywhere else except my STOMACH. It is very flabby and noticeable. How to lose the fat and get a flat stomach help please? I want to lose at least 20 pounds also. Thanks in advance.

In order to lose stomach fat you should cut out all the sugary drinks such as sodas. Drink Water. Also eat 5 small meals per day to increase your metabolism. These meals should be healthy and include negative calorie foods such as lettuce.
You should also do some sort of cardiovascular exercising or play your favorite sport for at least 20 minutes 3 times per week. This should help a lot.
Remember that if you do sit ups and don't follow a diet plan, you'll just be increasing the muscle mass under your fat and pushing it out more. This will make you look like you're stomach is getting bigger. Follow a healthy diet plan.

hey, i am 15 and i have a flat stomach because i worked out every day for about an hour, between 5-6, the time isnt really important but this is the best time of day to exercise because of your body clock.
the actions i did were
sit ups, but hold them so you can feel your stomach tensing,
leans, standing with your legs apart and leaning to one side with your arm above your head, this tenses each side. you can hold a small wieght in the hand you are leaning with to increase the effect, but be carefull.
posture is also important, how you stand while you work out.
try to work out in front of a mirror with a crop top, or so you can see your tummy, it helps alot.
as long as you notice your stomach tensing, these will work
you cant lose fat at one specific spot on your body. if you want a flatter stomach, you just have to lose fat IN GENERAL. you do this by getting your heart rate up and working out. Running for 40 minutes 5 times a week will help you lose 20 pounds in about 5 months.

If you have trouble toning up your stomach there are some different exercises you can do that will help you out with that. Doing a muscle building workout will help as well. The extra muscle will help burn fat.

targetted weight loss is almost impossible. Wont' happen.
So, what do you do? Run, bike, walk, swim.
Eat healthier. but keep in mind, for a flat stomach, it will take you a long time. (Depending on your weight of course.)
