I need to get a few exersise routines and quick. I'd like some abs or just a flat stomach but I don't want a diet and I don't have any weight systems.
I need something that I don't have to buy anything or go anywhere. I know to watch what I eat but I just need a good exersise to use everyday

To everyone in today's world having a flat stomach is everything and everyone wants one to impress that special someone. But there are side effects of getting a flat stomach, people are very busy these days with multiple things and don't have much time to work on their own outer body image. But I have good news for all of you, after extensive research I have found that it is possible to get a flat stomach within one week. If you are a heavy person this isn't going to mean that 80 pounds will shed off your stomach in a week, but if you work hard you can get the flat stomach you want!
In this century when you open a magazine the first thing you might see is an advertisement. You might also see a commercial where people are condoning a great workout machine for helping them get the physical tone that they wanted. The truth is, is that those actors already looked great. How did they do it? I have researched the information for you.
These actors followed a strict guide to get a flat stomach. If you follow you're diet hard enough, and are the right "package" it is possible to get a flat stomach in one week, or even just tone that stomach. Things you will need to do are to be determined, stay motivated, eat healthy, workout regularly, and drink the right things. The right things to eat are things that are low in both calories and sugars. You will need to stay away from fast food, and things of that nature that will only add pounds to you're stomach. Try to drink an average of 8 cups of water per day. This will help to flush the fatty tissue surrounding you're stomach and help to get your skin cells tighter.
These things are pretty important and can lead to you getting a flat stomach in less then a week. Continue to work hard, and stay motivated and you will see results guaranteed!

Oh i have totally been there! I gained weight after having back surgery and being super thin! I am still very thin but I always hate my stomach aha. Anyways i reccomend * p90 * its an amazingggg exercise program for beginners and I live by it now! It costs money but I am positive if you look up "p90 torrent" on google and download bitorrent first before you download it, you can get it for free on your computer! it's so awesome i always end up going back to it! it is also only 30mins a day! Goodluck :)
I actually found the download link!
But just download the program "bitorrent" first for free so that you can download the above torrent using bitorrent.
It may take a while to download but it will work! Just open the file with bitorrent and wait for it to finish downloading then go back to bittorrent and open the containing folder and there will be the videos!
Hope this helps!
I am 16 btw :)
Well I wouldn't expect to be able to eat whatever you want and have a flat stomach, because that is just not gonna happen. If you're eating junk food, there will be a constant layer of fat (however thin it may be) which will stop you from having the flat stomach you want. If you eat a lot of fatty foods, cut down on those. Not dieting, just not allowing yourself to go overboard. Keep carbs to a minimum, particularly white bread because that tends to just linger on your stomach. Most of all, EXERCISE. If you don't already have a sport as a hobby, then I recommend running. Cardiovascular exercise (anything that keeps your heart rate high) is good for burning fat. Cycling, swimming, or anything like that will drastically help as well. I recommend 30-40 minutes 3 times a week. Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

It all depends on how much you weight. Usually when you eat alot of fruits and veggies and watch what ya eat (no fast food at all, sodas, diet sodas). You really dont need weights to get a flat tummy. You can do the following:
Lay on your back, with your hands under your hips
move your legs like your bicycling, do two sets of 8 in a roll
Now open your legs at hip level, do scissors criss crossing them two sets of 8
Regular crunches and situps help too.
Remember not to take long breaks when your working out your abs.

just work your abs with crunches... if you have a bit of fat covering them, do some cardio for about and hour, then come back and do crunches! it should take you about 2-3 weeks to see results if your doing them correctly!

diets alone do not cause beautiful flat stomachs. your diet shouldn't be strict, just fill it with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, fruit juices with no added sugar, lean protein like fish, turkey, and chicken (always grilled or broiled, never fried), salads with lowfat dressings, low sodium soups, and no junk food. the real key to a flat stomach is to do cardio excercise for roughly 30 - 45 minutes a day to burn your fat that keeps your stomach muscles from showing (running is the best because it tones stomach muscles) while keeping up a good routine of crunches to sculpt your abs. it's a big commitment if you weren't born with it naturally, but it's an easy routine to fall into once you get the hang of it.
