so im 5'4 & a half & i weigh about 140 - 145 . something like that . that is waaay tooo much , and i wouldnt mind if i was 300 , just if i didnt look like it . anyways, i woudl like to loose 10 - 20 pounds ish . let me explain how i loook .
size 8-10 jeans .
shirts - mainly medium, some large .
from the side, like my stomach isnt tooo bad, but form the front im reallly wide . love handle i guesss . so i would want to looose the love handles, & from the side a little more . also, my legs they look athletic in a way, bnut they are huge , its more muscle tho . i dont want that, it makes me manly loooking , so i want to loose the love handles & the fat on my legs :/ es[ecialy around teh thigh area, they touch when i walk, about an inch , it makes me mad cuz if i wear shorts the go up . so yea .
i can stick to a diet if it is alll planne dout & im not positive how to do that . so i reallly need someone to give me a plan & tips .
so telll me what to eat morning, lunch & night . give me chouces . telll me what excercisesw & stuff to do & for how long for legs & "hips" & give me some extra tips . please, i really need it, alll summer i tried diet & running on the treadmill but its hard to stick to when you change it every day . pleaseee helpppp !!

eat the same things you always eat!!
What you do is count your calories on each food you do eat, but keep the total for the whole day around 1500.
5 or 6 small meals of 250 to 300 calories per meal would make you loose weight guaranteed!
make sure you eat breakfast, this jump starts your metabolism.
Try the P90X! I got the best results from it! when I took my be for and after picture, im amazed to see a huge difference! You can fallow there diet plan, or eat what you want, as long as you keep with it, you will get the results you want in a healthy way! ;D
Well, it helped me when i stopped eating after 6pm!!! You should try to avoid all kinds of salty foods and drink a lot of water. Running is a good thing to do about 3 times a week ^^! It's also a good thing to avoid candy and other unhealthy foods (: GOOD LUCK!
