Question: I have literally tried everything. Diets, exercise, diet pills, shakes, weight loss camps and programs. I just cant lose weight. I'm really heavy right now, at 312lbs. I just dont understand! I had been exercising for 2 full weeks with great diet. I weighed myself on my usual scale,and i gained 7 pounds!! I also might have PCOS( poly cystic ovarian syndrom). I have dark patches on back of my neck, between my breasts. And have very painful ovarian cysts constanly. and i know that PCOS contributes to inability to lose weight and infertility, so could that be it? Sorry for the mash-up question their. Thanks. Just to be clear, my questions are What could be wrong? And does it sound like PCOS, and could that be the culprit? Thanks!! :)

I'm pretty sure it's PCOS, I would schedule a doctors appointment and see if he had any supplements to help weight loss. Good luck! :)

well you have to eat healthy if you want to be healthy...there is no miracle pill. or you could continue eating the same and start working out, that would at least be a start!

Don't do only diet. You should use some planned weight loss diet to make you body lose extra fat. Also, you can consult a doctor to see whether you have some hormonal issues or not.

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal

Consume honey before bed because consumption of honey may help to burn more fat during those early hours of sleep

I cut out ALL sugar (table sugar, corn syrup, honey, etc.) less than a month ago and I have lost 10 pounds. I reduced my sugar and cut out all carbs except brown rice about 4 months ago and I have lost 30 pounds since the end of October. I don't even miss them now. I had to do this for health reasons, not weight loss. The weight loss was needed and has been a nice side benefit! Hope this helps. I should add also that I have done no exercise at all. I am getting ready to add that in shortly!
