DON'T SKIP MEALS!
Eat 5 small healthy meals throughout the day.
Take in about 1500 calories per day, on whole grains, fruit, veggies, and lean meat.
And you can still have *small portions* of "bad" food... everything is okay in moderation. If you LOVE chips, allow yourself a TINY bit. Same goes for other bad food. Don't try to drop bad habits cold turkey. It just ends in binging.
Always leave the table feeling like you could have eaten more, but full.
Only drink water.
If your starving and it's not time for a meal, have some fruit.
And exercise. It doesn't have to be extensive painful workouts, just a short jog, or some situps, or a bikeride, etc. Try to increase your workout a little every few days.
NO pills. They are a load of crap.
Go on a vegetable diet for 5-6 days in a week
Don’t loose all the weight.
Keep some of it .
You might fall sick and need them latter

Zack, without being rude, the best way to lose weight is to cut your calories, exercise is great for building and toning the muscles but if you continue to eat more calories then you burn you will not lose weight.
