Question: Ok I am 13 5.1 and I weigh 229lbs yes I am fat so don't comment stupid stuff anyway I tried everything exersising....dieting....running which I can't do to often cause of my asthma anyway..I even tried drastic stuff like eating a ton of food and throwing it up...i did it twice I am tempted to do it again..I tried starving myself I didn't eat for a week and I kept doing Zumba and a bike but I got hungry so I ate which gained back more pounds so I tried to eat only to 200-500 calories which is like starving but I did it..but than I got hungry so I ate some unhealthy food. I got soo mad myself that I looked myself in my bathroom and cut myself...don't call me emo I was stressed out I kept feeling like a failure and I would never have the perfect body...Anyway I eat at my school like whatever they fix because my friends watch me and if they don't eat they start forcing me to eat like shoving the food down my throat...they say if I starve myself then I'll die and if I die then school will be boring and they will miss me.... anyway when I get down eating I feel guilty so I wanted to throw it up but I didn't. anyway can you just get me some advice like soon because I want to be thin between the next school year it can be unhealthy to just give me some advice I can take laxitives to reduce my water weight because I read that it helps! I just want to have controll to have a perfect body and a perfect soul I'll do watever it takes just please help me! I ment I don't eat not they Oh one more thing I am allergic to fish If I eat it I die because my throat might swell up...well thats what the doctor told me. I am in highschool because we don't have a middle school anyway I play softball but this seasons over and I can't play any other sports besides swimming!

Please stop hurting yourself like this. Throwing up and Laxitives do not help you lose weight at all and those who do lose weight by that all end up gaining it back and have to bear with awful things like yellow teeth and you don't want to know what else. Having a perfect body is not worth starving yourself or throwing up foods for. I can guarantee that you can lose weight during the summer in a healthy way but it takes a lot of hard work and effort and anyone can do it. The websites are wrong and a diet doesn't mean that you should not eat at all. I have a great way to lose weight that works but it may take a few months or even a year to get the result you want because it requires you change your life style into a healthy one! Eat right and eat all 3 meals. For breakfast eat eggs with a fruit of your choice or oatmeal both healthy, For lunch eat whatever the school makes, and for dinner have fish or chicken with brown rice. You can eat snacks but healthy ones like fruits, veggies, almonds, or even non buttered popcorn. Also you don't have to force your self to run in order to exercise just take your zumba class and when you don't have that take a walk. I know you can be healthy and happy with your body but just remember that a kick *** body is a healthy one not the fake celb bodies you see on TV or at school. I am your height and used to be about 200 pounds but with eating healthy and exercising I am now 125 and although it took me 2 years to get there. You can do it! There are people like your friends who really care about you and want you healthy and happy! Sorry for writing so much and take care and good luck!

Don't give up hope my friend, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Me, I'll probally never know what it is like to be fat so... yeah. You, diet exercise instead of goin for the unhealthy foods, get a goddamn APPLE! Get your butt of your couch, and exercise your *** off daily to become a better you. Don't be stressed out just think about the positive. Don't do drastic measures cause it will harm you if you continue. There is no naturel pill, shot, or anything to become a better you(it cost a lot of money for those stuff). It just takes a commitment to exercise and eat healthy. Don't fall back to the dark side. Ps: join a sport and when you get to high school, join the wrestling team, they'll get you to lose a lot of weight...yes, girls can be on the team too.

hi, I've been in the same situation as you. losing weight takes time, patience, determination, and motivation. I'm no expert YET, but I can give you a few simple tips: - Track down EVERYTHING you're eating. give yourself a realistic calorie goal. that would prevent you to over eat. You can sign up to MyFitnessPal.com , it's an online diary that records your food intake and exercise. we could be friends there if you want lol: thatinvinciblekid - Laxatives don't work. i've tried. it only dehydrates you, and will eventually make you crave, and eventually binge. - Don't starve yourself for a whOLE WEEK, you're still so young and you know it's unhealthy. - purging will ruin your teeth and damage your esophagus - You should quit liquid calories, if you're not already doing so, and drink as much water as you can. Try green tea or jasmin tea, it helps to boost your metabolism. - you can visit the most inspirational person I know's blog: undressedskeleton.tumblr.com she has great healthy recipies and tips, and your should read her biography :)

First, starving yourself, making yourself throw up and laxatives actually prevent you from losing weight and once your body gets past the "starvation mode" its very difficult to lose weight. Eat up to, and not much less than, 1200 calories a day. With eating too less of calories it slows your metabolism way down making it difficult to lose. Eat healthy foods. Moderation of fruits, as much vegetables as you'd like (plain and uncooked), no red meat..eat chicken, turkey, fish, etc, drink ONLY water...no pop, juice, etc..and drink tons of water. Go on brisk walks for an hour. I was 236 2 months ago and I'm down to 219 now...you need to only lose 8-10lbs a month or you will have saggy skin. You'll get there and I wish you lots of luck. Also, when your friends force you to eat they're showing you they care but make sure its healthy foods they're feeding you. If its not, say "No Thanks, I'm not eating junk food anymore" or something. I bet your asthma will subside when you lose the weight also.

Your a adorable woman. It should not be a trouble. I consider your hair could seem excellent if it have been to be reduce in layers. Some honey blonde prime lighting could be well however now not an excessive amount of. Always put on mascara it provides just a little umph! on your eyes and they are going to stand out just a little. Some lip gloss with just a little tint could be well. A little blush and a few colourful apparel. Like inexperienced,child blue and smooth red could seem well on you.

I can tell you what you need to do, but the problem is it involves what you eat, not how much. At your age, you're likely to have to eat what's put in front of you at home and at school. Go to youtube.com and type in Dr. Neal Barnard. He has a lot of videos you can watch. I recommend his series of 4 short videos, total time under an hour. Show the videos to your parents. Show them to your principal.

I think you,should try dooing the blood test ... ther is this one blood test that tells you what tipe of a diet you can take to loose weight (: i know this doesent really tell you anything but its as good as i can advise you (:

Wow.. you kind of sound like me. I wasn't over weight before I got a eating disorder, but I wasn't skinny. I became extremely skinny.. then tried to get better and I gained all my weight back! Which is good...I guess.. since I wasn't fat in the first place. But I started feeling really fat and I decided to lose weight... but I did it in a more healthy weight. I started running 4 miles every day( welll five times a week..).. and eventually went up to 7. I lost 30 pounds quick! and I was eating a decent amount of food. Now I am a bit underweight but not too much. You are also a but underweight... but not by much. I really think you shouldn't lose anymore weight. BUT running is great because it takes away fat and turns it into muscle.. so your body will look really trim.. and you won't see fat! And muscle weighs more.. so you can be a decent weight.. but still look pretty damn thin!
