Oh the elipitical is always best... Way better then walking.. For best results you should weight train first Then do cardio exercise... The weights will burn carbs Then the cardio will burn the fat..

CARDIO! your love handles will go away, you'll get a thigh gap and your stomach won't stick out at all. use the elliptical, lbs will MELT off. use a low incline with a medium resistance level (heart beat up, and not activating fast twitch muscles so no bulking up, just calories burnt and tone). calorie count if you can. use a phone app, like myfitnesspal. plug in an item and it'll count for you. eat about 1200-1500 cals a day but DONT go under 1200 or you'll go into starvation mode and lose NOTHING! hope i helped (:

Weight loss is about eating clean, and burning more calories than you consume, to leave a deficit. It doesn't matter which one you like to do - they burn a smiliar amount of calories. Whichever one you prefer to do is going to be more beneficial to you. Diet is 90% and exercise is 10% when trying to lose weight. If you have a crappy diet, it doesn't matter if you exercise because you're screwing up your metabolism or eating too many calories.

As long as you can keep you heart rate in it's heart rate range then it can help you lose weight. For your soreness it is just the lactic acid that is building in your muscles after you work out, what you need to do is stretch and it will release some of the soreness. But remember if your sore that means you had a good work out. As far as losing weight it is all dietary, weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. But if you really want to lose weight and keep it off ditch the dexatrim, it WILL NOT HELP YOU. Trust me, I know its a fad thing and hearing how they guarantee results sounds good but it is NOT REAL. If it is not FDA tested it is not good for you, Dexatrim comes from an FDA certified lab but the pill itself is not FDA approved. I wrestle and know about losing weight and there is nothing artificial that can help you lose weight.
