I plan on eating only fruit. All sorts of it except bananas.
I'll drink black coffee, Diet green tea, Water, and Water with lemon.
I'll also be adding protein supplement mix drink with that plan, Which I will drink once daily.
If I stick to this how much weight will I lose?

Don't be silly. You are still growing. If you only eat fruits you will lose your potential to grow taller as well.
Why not having a well balanced diet and work out. Because not eating enough will make you feel depressed instead of feeling good.

Whoa... that's a a lot of fruit, even for me...and I'm a fruit nut! (wait...that didn't sound right?!) But you'd have to eat a WHOLE lot more to have any major negative effects.
Blueberries and cherries are also high GL (glycemic load) too.. so...sugar rush = high insulin production = store energy as body fat. if your on a low carb diet, remember that fruits are carbs. And you shouldn't eat more then 30% of your calories in carbs.
MODERATION!! Over eating something "good for you" doesn't make it even better. Every calorie counts. Even the good ones.
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info, also if your in time, theres a limited free trial where all you have to do is pay like 5 bucks for s/h which I took advantage of but in the long run, I ended up ordering more. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate

Your 14 so it's understandable. But there is NO WAY for people to know how much weight they'll lose doing something. Eating NOTHING but fruit is not healthy, you absolutely need some protein and should have some good whole grains thrown in there.
Keep in mind, you're 14, you've got some growth spurts coming up that I'm sure will slim you down. Why not get some exercise throughout the day and just cut out the junk food? That would work perfectly.

Honestly, at your current height and weight, you are at the lower end of the Body Mass Index scale, so loosing even a few more pounds will likely be unhealthy.
Eating more fruit is a good idea eating only fruit is a bad idea.
Looking for a balanced diet plan and upping your exercise routine will give you the most health/weight benefits.

While a friut diet can help you lose weight, I do not believe it to be an overall healthy solution.
Your body would still require natural sources of protein and carbs etc.
The website below offers some very helpful advice that can help you plan a diet an exercise routine to help get you started losing weight the right way.

Fruit late..? Not necessarily..but every so often the 'Grapefruit Diet" will resurface and the idea there is to consume many grapefruits (and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice) throughout the day..because it will burn off calories from other fattening foods and it is a 'fat-burner'. The vitamin C is a great benefit and grapefruits will also serve to reduce food craving and binging on carbs (the thing that really packs on lbs.).
Vegetables and fruit will always be a healthy alternative to greasy or otherwise calorie-laden foods, with carbs being the most figure unfriendly = chips, crisps, bread, pasta, etc. But consuming the same diet and simply eating fruit at the end of the day isn't known for helping anyone lose weight, necessarily..unless the person is upping their workouts, getting more exercise, and/or limiting their calories throughout the day.
The Grapefruit diet has many versions, but the main one is that the person consumes many glasses of water all day (at least 8) and every meal or snack is accompanied with a grapefruit. Pretty simple! The links below will fill you in on all the particulars..and some versions of this diet/routine are more extreme than others. But basically, as long as one consumes an entire grapefruit with every meal and starts drinking a great deal of water then they will drop unsightly pounds. Grapefruit diet fans claim dropping 10 - 12 libs. in two weeks is common.
