Question: I woke up this morning and my Boxer was using a bag of rolls as a pillow in his chair. My husband had to leave super early this morning and must not have been as careful as usual because of the hour... Instead of eating things, my dog just hides things in his chair when he does get a chance to get them. What has your dog gotten or done when they get a chance to get up there?

Our puppy ( a toodle- terrier and poodle mix) hasn't gotten up on the counter, but she has gotten on the table when ever someone hasn't pushed the chairs all the way in. One day she got on the table and I came out of the bedroom to see her drinking my daughters milk! She was big on paper for a while.... any paper including my son's homework... yeah, I had to write the teacher a letter to please resend the homework because the dog ate it! I sent parts of the homework in as proof. Oh, and if I ever leave my hairbrush out, sle loves that one! Not my daughers, not my son's or husband's and not any combs, just MY hairbrish! She doesn't really chew on it, just licks it and lays with it! She's getting better with things though!

Haha...my dog couldn't get up there if she tried, and even if she managed to she'd never be able to fit in the section between the top cabinets and the counters, she's too big. She's like a dinosaur. The thought of waking up and walking downstairs and seeing her on the counter is hilarious. Ooo, but once she ate my brothers sandwich while he had his back turned and was looking in the fridge. One second it was there, the next second the plate was empty and my dog's mouth was moving. (Her head reaches the table..this happened when she was a puppy, she knows not to do it now :P)

we have a dog room, in the dog room, we have a cupboard, with dog food, treats, shampoo, etc, it was left open by my little sister, DOGGT FEAST !! . One week, we were disinfecting the dog room, the dogs were shut in the kitchen. someone must have left the fridge open, chicken for the sunday roast ( this was on a saturday ), was gone, butter licked at, ham, gone, and bacon, gone. Another time, we left the pantry door open, and flour, eggs, biscuits, spaghetti ( the long Straight kind ) , all over the kitchen. the worst one, was when someone shut one the chihuahua in the cup cupboard, she smashed most of the plates, and had 3 of her paws cut :S she is ok now though :) a springer puppy once got into gloss paint, the worst bit was getting it off .

Our dog used to pull 2 liter bottles of soda off the counter (one time, off the top of the fridge- no idea how he did that), and bring them to the sofa, lay them on the side so the top is over the edge of the sofa and drink the whole thing. He also pulled off a glass and walked around with a piece in his mouth and chewed up the steak knives. This was years and years ago, before I knew abour crate training!

Hi Interesting query. When you write a publication at the area, ship me a duplicate! Anyway, One that instantly involves brain, used to be a vacation accumulating, with probably 15 visitors, whilst i used to be developing up. Folks had a cord haired fox terrier. Mom had simply completed surroundings the desk with the entire first-rate linen, dishes, ect. Guests had been within the dwelling room, and every person used to be chatting, whilst I heard a scream. Everyone became to look the terrier within the center of the giant eating desk, chomping down at the roast. The puppy took one seem and made a bee-line through the mashed potatoes to avoid wasting his existence. Actually every person used to be giggling so rough, that the puppy used to be spared and remanded to the bed room. Enjoyed the opposite studies. Rebel

Relax. Look at your current diet and tell me if you notice anything strange about it..........no?...........nothing yet? Okay, here it goes: THAT'S AN IMPOSSIBLE DIET! You've set the bar way too high for yourself. First off, you have to eat at least some fat during the day because fat is what the body uses to cushion your organs and store energy. If you do any kind of endurance activity at all (like swimming, biking, running, etc.), you absolutely, 100% need fat in your diet. The average athlete can take between 20-30% of their calories as fat. Second, you really went two months without anything sweet? That's not a punishment. That's torture! You have to reward yourself for doing well once in a while. That doesn't mean eat a cupcake after dinner every night, but it does mean that if you crave a candy bar every once in a while, just go ahead and eat it. If you have a sound diet and active lifestyle, that candy bar amounts to little, but your psyche benefits from it enormously. Finally, you have to forgive yourself and move on. You're certainly not the first person to fall off the diet wagon, nor will you be the last. Ask yourself this though: if you permitted yourself the occasional sweet or steak, would you have had as large of a binge as you did? Probably not. Just keep trying, and I wish you the best of luck.
