Ok I have this friend she use to be 100 pounds now she is 150 becuase of summer vacation I tried to help her exercise and get a flat stomach and diet but she stubborn. And lazy. So now whenever we hangout people say she looks pregnate and I just hate it!Shes my b-f-f-l So Can you tell me a fast,fun,and easy way.No exercing plz.Or dieting. I know it a sound inmpossible but I begging. I really want to help her and I think she might have get diabetese so plz plz help.Remember fun,fast,and easy plus something she can do in home she dosent like going out in public like to the pool. Becuase of her body.And If its possible in 1 or 2 weeks. Help her lose 20 or if possible plz 30!!!Is not eating any food and excerciseng good for you???

Tell her to eat less. Make sure she gets at least 3 veggies and fruits a day, have things like candy and ice cream once or twice a week if possible, and minimal amounts. Portion size is important!
Snack on celery
Try and run a mile every day or so
Don't eat unless you are hungry
Put foods into portions; don't eat of the can or pan or carton
Pay attention to serving size on the Nutrition Facts
Drink a lot of water
*Eat 6 small meals throughout the day, not three big ones*
Get toned-get a trainer, join a sports team, do 100 crunches a night (I used to do 500, which seemed like no big deal but now that I have stopped I can barely do 100)-work up to a bigger number

no what you do is play your favorite cd or whatever lay flat on the floor and put your legs strasight in the air and do crunches like that. truse me i am in to weightlifting and stuff trust me within the first week or so you will see a difference do thid when you wake up and before u go to bed at least 30-50 at a time. IT REALLY WORKS
