Question: hey, im 16 just finished school and am in desperate need of a change, i weigh 95kg, and for my height and age should weigh about 83g, , my upper body is fine but i have a gut which i cant get rid of, and i no ur gonna say its because of what u eat or Itasca's u dint do exercise, i am the complete opposite, i am one of the most healthiest 16yr ODs you have ever met!!! i wil sometimes for dinner eat a bowl of salad , i levee salad , veggies and only the best of meats, i dint eat junk food and hav ALWAYS got a bottle of water in my hand, i am also a very active person , i am always riding my mountain bike up mountains etc, i love sport , i basically cant sit still! hate video games etc, , but i am still over weight , basically fat and want and need to lose about 20 kg ASAP im tired of my body and need a new one, im basically asking for the best way to lose a heap of weight,(preferably around the waste) and then build up muscle tone, Abbas, shoulders, legs, etc, , i basically want SHAPE , , and please dint say just normal exercises , walking, lots of water etc, i do it all the time and i have been the same for years, how do i do it, if their are any dietitians, personal trainers etc i would really like ur advice, as also all others who have an idea, , look forward to reading your answers to my questions.. thank you.

Increase the amount of protein and calories you consume each day. Taking protein shakes and weight gain supplements will get you the desired results, quicker. Hi Harry, Keep in mind that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise...Many people have this equation backwards...Focus on cutting back on your carb intake and instead eat high amounts of lean protein like chicken breast, eggs, tuna, almonds, fish etc....This will help you put on lean muscle. Drink ONLY water with your meals. Anything else will add to your body fat. Throw out any junk food in your household as it is just temptation and will hurt your progress. Focus on doing cardio 2 times a week and when you do lift weights do compound exercises with heavy weights to build muscle like pull-ups, bench press, push-ups ets. Here are some good exercises for getting ripped: Mountain Climbers, Planks, Jump Rope, Bicycle Sit-Ups, Scissor Kicks Make sure to get plenty of rest (rest every other day) Best of Luck!
