Question: Iam a 29 year man and iam 5'7 ya iam short but iam 170 pounds. And i have a 34 inch waist. I dont like lifting weights but i do like walking alot but i want to find a way to lose 10 pounds. What should i eat? Iam turning 30 this aug and i dont want to be BIG. HELP

Try the Scarsdale Diet. You can lose up to 20 lbs by 2 weeks. Quantity is of no importance. You can use the " I Can't it's Not Butter" spray for your vegetables and your toasted protien bread. Pam (pan) spray for cooking. The protein bread can be found at Ralph's. It is called the *Ezekiel* bread. THE SCARSDALE MEDICAL 14-DAY DIET Where no portion is indicated, you can eat as much as you like. Eat until you are satisfied, not stuffed. Now I just want you to know first, that losing 20 pounds on 1 month is tough stuff, but doing to following will get you there, and trust me its not an easy road. Ok, here is what to do...(eating wise) 1. No more going into the kitchen and eating snakes every hour, thats a bad habit that that many people have. 2. Eat less red meat, and more chicken and fish. Red meat is not good for you anyway. 3. No more fried or fast foods!!! 4. Grilling, and baking are your #1 choice for cooking your chicken or fish. 5. Lots of veggies too. 6. Eat 3 meals a day (DONT 4 GET BREAKFAST!!!!) NOW lets talk about some good work out routines: 1. Start small: If you haven't worked out in a long time, you really need to push your body really hard for the first week of working out. (THE first week is always the hardest!!!) 2. Work on more cardio. Run atleast (OR JOG) for 2 miles in the morning (Before breakfast). 3. After running, do some ab work. Do 2 or 3 sets of crunches (each set = 30 crunches) with 1 minute breaks in between sets. (Dont forget to stretch your stomach) 4. Spend at least 30-45 minutes a day in a sauna. Your local YMCA should have one avaiable. The best way to loose weight is to sweat baby!!! If there is a bike or a treadmill in the sauna USE IT!!! It helps. This will surly break you, but u need to be strong, think about your sexy new body!!! 5. Run again or Jog in the late afternoon for another two miles folowed by another 2-3 sets of crunches. (BEFORE DINNER) Doing this exercise routine 5 days a week will show huge weight loss. Its not easy losing weight. Jest remember if losing weight was easy everyone would be thin and sexy!!! Being sexy has a price!!! And you wanted the crash course. DONT take any weight loss pills!!!! THey only screw with your body!!! Well good luck to ya!!! Hope i was some assistance to ya!!!

Get up at 5am. Go to your local pool and swim for 30 minutes. Go jog for 30 minutes and increase duration by 10% per week. Repeat on Mondays, Wed. and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays go bike riding for 1 hour. In August, sign up for a Sprint Triathlon and finish in under 2 hours. Saturday and Sunday go for long walks with the kids and make up for lost time with the family.

I ate a light breakfast (500 calories or so) , ate a similar lunch. Used a NordicTrack for an hour every night about an hour before bedtime. Water. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days like this.

okay , i know nobodys going to give you the answer you want so . i may aswell. this is VERY unhealthy so be careful. its called 2468. one day you eat 200 cals , next 400 , next 600 , next 800 then back to 200 again. it makes you lose like 7 to 14 pounds a month so .. yeah. but be careful !
