The reason women can't get bulky is because they can't add much muscle and that means they can't increase their metabolic rate by much. So, you're wasting your time if you think building muscle will give you a free ride to fat loss. Fat is controlled with diet, not exercise. To better understand this, check out the following fat facts. • If you consume fewer calories than you burn, you have to lose fat eventually. There are no exceptions to this fact. • A pound of fat will yield about 3500 calories (Kcal) of energy. • Your body will burn hundreds of calories even if you are in a coma. That's your BMR. Go here to find out what it is --> http://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator... • An average person must run or walk about 5 miles (8 km) every day to burn one pound of fat per week AND THEIR DIET MUST ALLOW IT. • An average person must run or walk about 350 miles (563 km) to burn 10 pounds AND THEIR DIET MUST ALLOW IT. • An average person who consumes 500 calories per day less than they burn will lose about a pound a week with no extra time or physical effort required. • A average person dieting with a 500 calorie/day deficit will burn 10 pounds of fat in 10 weeks. The same person running 5Km (3 miles) per day with a Zero calorie/day deficit will burn 10 pounds in 16 weeks. •Running only burns slightly more calories than walking as long as the distance remains the same. • It does not matter if a person runs or walks a given distance…they will burn about the same number of calories. Although running burns slightly more than walking, the distance is far more significant than the speed over which it is traveled. • It is not necessary to do "cardio" to burn fat. "Cardio" is aerobic exercise which elevates the heart rate to 80% of max and sustains it for the purpose of cardio-vascular fitness. You can burn fat in your sleep. • Most of the calories you consume will be spent just keeping your body temperature at 98.6F. • It doesn’t matter how hard or how long you exercise, you will not lose any fat if you eat too much. You can always eat more calories than you can burn. When it comes to burning fat, diet always trumps exercise. MI40x Review - Gain muscle fast program by Ben's Pakulski Building muscles and looking great is the desire of many people. However, that comes at a price: one has to be willing to spend a considerable amount of time in the gym to gain positive long-term results. Fortunately, it is now possible to bulk up faster, thanks to MI40x. Also called Mass Intentions Extreme 2.0, Ben Pakulski’s MI40x is a program that teaches people how to gain more muscles in less time through a series of 10 videos and a 118-page ebook that explains his training methods. MI40x uses, cell expansion protocol (CEP), a training technique that helps to increase the number of nuclei in the muscle cells. The number of nuclei people have in their muscle cells directly affects their ability to recover after training. The more nuclei the muscle cells have, the faster one is able to recover from training and build muscles. Ben shows how to take advantage of this unique technique in MI40X. Here’s a detailed review of the program. MI40x Details http://tinyurl.com/Mi40X-Official There’s a lot of useful content included in the MI40X workout program. Here’s a summary of the main components of the program: An Introductory Video In this 5-minute video, Ben gives introduces users to the CEP training, to help them get started. To get the best results, he recommends a specific sequence to be followed, rather than jumping to the most advanced part of the training immediately. Training Videos Most people want to see what to do, rather than read about it. As a result, Ben has made high quality videos to accompany his e-book. The videos give users a view of the exercises involved, and how to do them correctly. They also include tips, only known to pros, which help get positive results faster. To make exercises more effective, he suggests certain changes in the way people work out. For instance, while training legs, he shows users a specific way of positioning their foot in order to focus more on the muscles they’re trying to target. The well-produced videos put all the training techniques in the ebook into action, which makes them very motivational for beginners and seasonal trainers alike. The Training Guide http://tinyurl.com/Mi40X-Official This no-nonsense practical guide explains step by step, the exercises one needs to do, and how to do them correctly to achieve amazing results within a short time. It also goes into detail about the principles behind the training techniques Ben uses, and the reasons why they are worth following. In addition, the manual also talks about “40″ in the program’s title, MI40X. Apparently, the number 40 isn’t just any random number he chose for the title; it’s an important part of the concept behind the program. He believes that a set should last 40 seconds, because it is the ideal time for hypertrophy (muscle growth) under tension. He advocates for creating tension on specific muscles to get the best results, rather than adding more weight mindlessly (which can cause injury). All the questions one might have on the program is answered in this comprehensive guide. Nutrition Guide Eating properly is a must for anyone who wants to get big, lean and strong. This workout program has numerous nutritional guides to help users make proper food choices while using it. What makes it unique is that it is customized to the user’s specific goals, as well as training level. Be sure to follow it to get the most out of the workouts. Supplement Guide http://tinyurl.com/Mi40X-Official MI40X also comes with a supplement guide that helps users understand the best supplements to take while on the program. However, it’s worth mentioning that the trainings and nutrition are more important than the supplements, so those who lack the money to buy the specific supplement brands Ben recommends shouldn’t be discouraged. Instead, they should stick to the basic supplements they’ve had good experiences with, as long as the brands are from reputable companies. Workout Sheets Ben understands the need for a good schedule when working out, and that is why he has included workout sheets alongside his program to the make things easier. There are three workout levels to choose from depending on a person’s experience level namely, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Users can print out the sheets, to act as a journal for keeping their every workout. As a bonus, every user gets access to a video library of the CEP training, which focuses on different parts of the body, and how to do every exercise to get the best results. The training are broken down into different phases depending on various levels of experience. This makes it perfect for experts and newbies alike. Advantages There are numerous benefits of using MI40x. The most important ones include: It helps to gain pounds of muscles much faster than traditional methods of weight training (200% much faster). It requires no lifting of heavy weights, or spending a lot of time in the gym. There is no strict diet plan, or cardio required to get results. Since it’s a digital program, users have instant access to the contents once they pay for it. The workout comes with a solid 60-day money back guarantee. This gives users the peace of mind of knowing that they’ll get their money back, in the event that they’re unsatisfied with the results. Disadvantages The main disadvantage of MI40x is that it requires commitment, focus and hard work. It’s true that MI40X helps to more gain muscles faster, but one has to be willing to invest energy and time to train, to get the desired results. In addition, users also have to be ready to go over the PDF and video materials included, and follow the suggested nutrition and supplement guides. Because of this, this program may not be suitable for those who want to bulk up, but are not willing to put in the required effort to get their dream body. Conclusion Overall, MI40X is an amazing way to gain muscles, and look great in less time. It includes everything needed to succeed, from training videos and manuals, to workout sheets, to nutrition and supplement guides. It’s a comprehensive program that is guaranteed to yield positive results – all users have to do is to follow the instructions and enjoy the results. It’s a great investment for those who want to get ahead of competition in the weight room. http://tinyurl.com/Mi40X-Official

Neely Originally Answered: How do people gain muscle that fast?
Hi, many Hollywood stars are put on a strict regime to build muscle before a film that requires them to look bigger. The thing to do is to cut out any cardio and focus on heavy weight lifting. This means doing exercises like squats, dead lifts, dips, pull ups, bench press, bent over rows, and shoulder presses. Try to use weights that will allow you to perform 6-8 reps, and once you get to 8 reps, add a little more weight. Just keep doing this. Train 3 times a week and try to get plenty of rest on your non training days. Also you need to eat lots of quality food. This means eggs and oats for breakfast, lean pieces of steak, fresh vegetables, and so on. A pound of weight equates to 3500 calories. This means that if you want to add 2 pounds of muscle each week, you will need to eat a lot more food. It's hard to eat a ton of food if you are not used to it, so the trick is to drink your calories. You can use carb and protein drinks. Drink 3-4 protein drinks a day, make sure that you have one last thing at night. Good Luck
