Question: I'm not that healthy and i'm quite fussy so i'm looking for some ideas. What do you have to eat thats good and healthy? any recipes? =D

Well, I'm a picky eater as well. I'm vegan, so no meat or dairy is in my diet. my diet mostly consists of : Beans - Broccoli - Cauliflower - Whole wheat spaghetti noodles - Rice - Cous Cous - Tofu - Potatos - Fruits - ( Of course I eat more than that but I can't think of anything) Some times I might trip and have some junk food like lays potato chips or indulge in some really greasy fries from chick-fil-a or something. But i think junk food days are good. It balances every thing out. :-]

All I eat is lean meat, fruits, vegetables, whole wheat/whole grain, fat free cottage cheese, peanut butter, beans, and a few other healthy things. You could try www.sparkrecipes.com. There are recipes for any type of food you want to eat.

well im an athlete(im a hockey player, yes im a girl, lol) and i try to be as healthy as possible. i eat a lot of fruit and veggies. like i love mangoes, grapes, apples. pineapple, carrots, green beans(fresh, not from a can). the only meat i really eat is chicken, grilled not friend. also i love salmon. i eat a lot of whole grains and drink a ton of water. i drink a lot of vitamin water and i love vita coco coconut water(the pineapple and peach and mango flavours). but i also love ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. i dont deprive myself of those things but i dont pig out on it either. one of my favourite things that my brother makes me(he's my legal guardian) is grilled cajun chicken, fresh green beans and roasted redskin potatoes in a light herb and garlic sauce. i dont know the recipe for it cuz i dont know how he makes it. but i know its soo good, lol.

Hmmm... well I'm not like a health freak, but I eat eggs and toast, French toast, pancakes, sandwiches, fruit, chicken, lasagna, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, muffins, garlic bread, and I make everything myself.

Fruit, vegetables, sometimes salad (I guess that's a vegetable), whole-wheat bread items... that's about it. I could use some ideas too, lol.

Yep thats definitely a fine weight - you don't need to lose anymore! About the 'flobby' stomach, you just need to tone it up - exercises like pilates and yoga classes can help you tone up, if you go to the gym and do some classes if you can. another solution is sit ups, leg raises and crunches - which you can do in your own home, but i recommend having some sort of exercise mat to prevent any back pain when you do your exercises. good luck with toning up your stomach!
