Question: Everyday varies but it will be something like this: Breakfast: Oatmeal with 1 glass of milk Strawberries Lunch: Yougurt Parfait Banana or protein bar Snacks: Special K Bar Quaker Mini Rice Cakes Dinner: Boca Burger with whole wheat bun OR salad Desert: Sugar Free Jello or Sugar Free Italian Icee Any suggesstions??? I am looking to loose a litttle weight so how long should I keep this up to loose a couple of lbs? Thanks so much!!! O and by the way I do 100 situps on a stability ball per day and usually 30 mins of exercise.

I Luv the mini rice cakes eat every 3 hrs depending on the time u wake up this should help when u wake up: gronala bar next: small salad next: quaker bars next: small smoothie while ur working: rasins or something that little u wont need lunch if u keep this up lunch: (just in case) a pb and j sandwhich or a small sandwhich next: do the same in the morinings but here r other ideas bagel: eat half other half proten shake thing i think they r special k or something dinner: salad or boca burger b4 bed: gronala bar or handful or mini rice cakes (u can buy them pre packaged so u hav the right amount) u will feel fat but ur lossing weight cause if u dont eat ur body holds on 2 fat which is wat ur trying 2 loss drink water a LOT every few mintes u will stay hydrated and u will b more full hope this helps and reward ur self if u loss _______ pounds u get that new dress u want (small goal 5-20lbs) big 21+ a new wordrobe wat ever u think u should do over 100 wardrobe and some thing else

No, what you need is a good diet and exercise. Diet pills don't work long term and weight lost with them is often gained again very quickly. Look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallop. Its easy to use and it works! I have lost 70+ in the last 6/7 months with it;

walk your lunch outside or to another location in the office instead of sitting and eating at your desk

avoid eating while rading listening songs and watching tv at your home or keep by kepping your hands busy

make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving

20 lbs is unrealistic, you will lose weight but not that much. 1-2lbs a week is the average loss.
