My staples: Spaghetti and meat sauce - I make the sauce myself Salad, with cut up chicken breast and some shredded sheese along with the veggies Chicken or steak tacos (not from package, i buy all the stuff) - sometimes I use the spice pack, sometimes not I like finger food too lots. Like a plate of lunch meats or salami, cheese cubes, veggies cut up and pickles. I like steamed veggies. mostly broc. and asparagus because they are easy, and I get rice. admittedly I am huge fan of that pre made rice though...

I make mostly comfort foods and Asian food. Meatloaf, casseroles, Italian foods, egg dishes, Thai soups (yes from scratch), Thai salads, fried rice, crispy beef, hot open sandwiches, Pad Thai, Yum Nuea, chili, beef stew, chicken and dumplings I rarely eat out, can't afford it too often. I do get at least one take out pizza a month though, love it.

You can get natural remedies if you dont wanna take prescrption drugs. You can get valerian and calms forte at walmart. Also cammomile tea at grocerystore. They are all good. A therapist could help you learn some cognitive behavior that may help you. You need to change your thoughts. start writing down everytime you have a negative thought. You will be shocked at how many u r having. When you realize you had a neg. thought say STOP andchange the thought to a positive thought immediately. Try to start meditating and visualize yourself calm in those stressful social situations. It will take lots of practice but it will eventually get better. Good luck!
