Question: I was wondering if there is a diet pill that will help with weight loss...I was looking at Hydroxycut and I've read mixed reviews and not sure what I can take to help? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Real Food Only (see above link, as it's not always what people think). 2. Brief but intense exercise. Most exercise advice is too endurance oriented to be much help (you burn fat and muscle). Intensity and endurance are inversely related. Intensity is what preserves and even builds lean muscle while you are losing fat. I only work out twice per week, 30 minutes each. No cardio. Weights, sprints, and plyometrics only. 3. Intermittent fasting. While trying to lose fat, go breakfast to breakfast, lunch to lunch, or dinner to dinner twice per week. When you reach your goal, cut back to once per week. It will take 3-4 fasts before you dial in. Once you do, you'll actually enjoy it. Fasting is the only valid form of "detox" or "cleansing." Google: "Autophagy" 4. Lots of sleep. #1 is the very foundation, 80%. #2, 3, and 4 are promoters of hGH release, which preserves lean muscle mass, even allows you to grow muscle. Remember, the idea isn't to "lose weight," per se, but to lose body fat. You want a lower percentage of fat to lean muscle. Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.
