Question: I want to lose like 45 lbs by May, I can do it, i've done it before but I want to try something new. Please someone give me a good diet plan to follow, and I don't want to hear of how unhealthy this is because I already know I just need to lose weight fast. I also exercise too so that's helped. I've done the grapefruit 800 cals per day and it really works but I got bored.. I want something like this..

Yes, you can do it. I'm 225 pounds and I've been trying like crazy to lose weight for myself to feel better not like a slum anymore lol. A friend of mine had told me to do crunches and I was like "haha yeah, ok witha stomach like this you expect me to do those??" well I started on suday and I've been doing 500 a day and I've lost 6 pounds since then. thats like 1 pound a day!! and watch what you eat, nothing too sweet, or fatty. and portion control.

dont listen to that idiot who just said "purge" i myself am an anorexic and bulimic for almost 7 years now. and purging is the worst thing to do. just eat really healthy, low calorie/fat foods, but still make sure youre getting all the food groups in. and exercise a bunch:) dont over do it though

Loosing weight fast is a bad idea. Keeping yourself fit and healthy is a life long thing. Unless you have to be that weight for a sporting event (eg weight categories in boxing or whatever) then I would worry more about your body fat %. You should be able to do this with sensible nutrition and exercise.
