I wish I had your problems! A good friend of mine does have the same issue as you. Her solution has been to up her protein intake in healthy ways -- add some natural fats like peanut butter into the diet, as well as fish, lean cuts of beef, etc. She also adds protein to these special shakes/smoothies she gets from Robek's....I hope taht helps!

the best thing would be to take a weight gainer before bed. you will gain 1-2 lbs a week. optimum nutrition pro complex weight gainer is the best.

go to GNC and buy some weight gain shake powder, it's full of healthy calories that'll put weight on, but also help you tone your body whenever you work out

You seem like you have a runners body... a real slim physique with toned muscles. The problem is the muscles aren't very big. You don't have much fat on your abdomen which allows your abs to show through, but if you don't do any strength training to increase the muscle size then your abs will always look like that. There's a catch 22 though, because if you want bigger muscles, it will eventually affect your running performance. The ideal runner is not bulky, but as just enough muscle to sustain your body weight for long periods of physical activity. I'm sure you could put some more weight on in muscle mass, but don't over do it because you might see your endurance performance slip.
