There is no healthy way to lose 50 pounds in 3 months. A healthy rate to lose weight is about 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more than that can cause serious health problems. However, if you lose weight at a rate of 2 lbs/week, you will have lost 24 pounds in 3 months, which is a great start! Just shave off some calories here and there by making healthy eating choices, and exercise for 30 minutes to an hour at least 3-4 times per week. Hope this helps! :)

i can help I lost 24 lbs already. You need to eat six small meals a day. This will be a strict diet though but very healthy so dont worry. First completely cut out junkfood, no eating out unless its very healthy and a must. You have to make a schedule though ,like waking up in a certain time,for example 6:00am eat a bowl of branflakes and a fruit,9;00AM 3 hours later a healthy snack, 3 hours later 12:00PM ,lunch like a piece of grilled or steamed chicken or fish too,just make sure not to much grease go to olive oil and careful with to much spices and salt,3 hours later 3:00PM another snack it can be a light yogurt or fruit,3 hour later 6:00PM dinner,for dinner i take a glass of soy protein shake,which i bought at walmart,IT HELPS LOSE WEIGHT WHILE GIVING YOU PROTEINS AND VITAMINDS. Alway drink up to 8 bottles of water through out the day . I also go jogging atleast 30 minutes a day so if you do that, you can start losing weight. I almost forgot ,with each meal add a fruit or some vegtables. If you do this correctly you will see a drastic change,its all in your mind and anybody can do it.good luck.if it was to confusing you can email me and i will explain it much better :)

breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and 1 hardboiled egg
lunch - 1/2 grapefruit and 1 hardboilded egg
dinner - 1/2 grapefruit and 1 hardboiled - and 1 cup chicken broth
exercise - run 1/2 mile each day for first week
run 1 mile every day thereafter
drink all the water you can - at least 8- 8 oz glasses per day
can substitute a "small" can of tuna for the egg at dinner if you want
