Question: I would like to drop 10 pounds relatively quickly and i want to try a low carb diet. Ive been told different things, like only eating protein rich foods and some vegetables. no fruit. no bread. others say fruit is okay as long as I dont eat any bread foods. can i eat yogurt/ milk? are there veggies i can and cant eat? any input would be great! i'll award ten points. p.s: i LOVE salads and eat them every day. i usually have Romain lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, sliced turkey, some cheese and dressing. what is and what isnt allowed in a low carb diet?
