a couple days ago i was 34-27-36
im 120, 5'5"
what should i aim for to be healthy and look better? cos right now i have this stomach that sticks out and i really wanna kno what should i do to get rid of it.

u sound hot and healthy. but yea maybe abit more off your waist, but dont obsess about it ok, just eat healthy and excersize and you'll be fine

Change your diet to get there. At 120lbs you should aim towards 1200 calories. 500 calories from protein + 500 calories from fats + 200 calories from carbs. Eat THAT each day.
Design your meals around these foods:
Protein: eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, white fish, turkey, whey protein powder
Fat: almonds, cashews, all natural peanut butter, avacado, extra virgin olive oil, fish oil capsules, evening primrose capsules
Carbs: only GREEN veggies.

You'll want to work out. Build some lean muscle mass, which will increase your metabolism. Increase your protein consumption, reduce starch, sugar, and fat consumption. That should allow your body to burn off the extra fat in a sustainable way.
how old are you? try and do some cardio exericses that will flaten your stomach you sound healthy to me <3
