Question: Okay so right now I'm not dieting at all, I'm eating really unhealthy food and my body is just feeling crappy and I have the bloatest stomach. I eat alot of junk food and sodium and carbs. Tomorrow I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed all four of them and for the day of it and the day after it I will not be able to eat anything at all so I already know I'ma be starving myself to death cause I have to, will my tummy shrink cus of this? Then after those 2 days of hell I'll be able to eat again, all I will be able toeat basically is yogurt, jello, spinach, soup, banana, and maybe eggs.. < I'll be able doing this routine for like a week straight and after that I will begin working out and eating even healthier and more , etc. Will this help?? I'm 130 pounds, 5'3, female, 16 years old.

If you were to starve yourself for two days you would be better off eating. Your body is designed to recognize the lack of food and send signals to your brain telling it to go into starvation mode. In starvation mode, your body retains the little food it has left and takes every last bit of it, the nutrients, fat, etc. When you do go back to eating it is highly important that you consume pure, healthy foods because your body will take every last bit of it. The reason our bodies are wired this way is because these traits enabled us to survive when we were hunter-gatherers.

it's not that bad that you have to do anything like that at all. lol getting your wisdom teeth out really isn't that big of a deal, so no worries. i had all four of mine out as well. the first day, yeah you will probably eat like nothing. but the next day i was eating like yogurt, ice cream, jello, soup, and eggs. so no you won't have to go to such extremes and eat jello for a week lol. nor do i recommend this as a diet because after this week of crash dieting, you will just gain it all back if you want to diet, eat healthy and exercise :)

those is not any on the spot treatment to lose physique fat, in case you do attempt to starve your physique will lose lean muscle and shop the fat, and you will in no way get it off. in the adventure that your physique thinks it relatively is ravenous, it is going in to preserving mode and shops fat for later use. the sole ideal way is a weight loss plan of healthful nutrition, factor administration, and specific now and lower back a cookie or a cope with, yet do not over do it. possibly as quickly as a week a cheat day, say as in Friday. Then be solid the the remainder of the time with lots of greens, some meat, some bread. Even stuff like Egg Beaters and espresso fat English brownies for breakfast, Cottage cheese and fruit for lunch, even a lean turkey sandwich on low. cal bread. you need to do it smart or it won't final, you opt to alter your way of ingesting for existence, so it relatively is going to stay off and you will sense extra advantageous and be fit. solid success.

Honey, you aren't over weight. I believe you are pretty much perfect the weight you are. 130lbs isn't much, and every one is naturally bloated after eating, but it dies down. So you don't really need to worry about it.

Don't do squats or lunges please.I did those when i didn't have a butt & when I hit 11th & 12th grade my butt became huge & wide.Mines seems to be getting wider as well.Feel your sides of your hips & if your feel a bones there's kinda no way of making your hips smaller at all but if there fat around the hip bones you can always get rid of it.Try Pilates or running.Running really works.You are going to have you lose weight all over though.You can also try Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer.I haven't use it but people are saying it worked.Don't listen to people who sya you can't do it.Beyonce did it for Dreamgirls.
