Question: i am playing football what can i can get that will make my performance better i have got quite a lot of fat i want to hide aswell what do u advise me to get i am a defender i am big so plz good advice

Why are you looking for a fix? Let me tell you from experience there is no magic pill that will make you lose weight and eat whatever you want. NONE!!! If you're serious about toning up then hit the gym. I recomend a low carb high protein diet, try to get at least as many grams of protein as you have pounds of body weight, also try adding a minimum of 40 minutes of cardio to your workout running up and down stairs, bike rides, swimming. If adding muscle isn't as much a concern as shedding pounds, use a light to moderate weight and do as many reps as you can until you reach muscle failure. The lighter weight with more reps will continue your cardio workout, help to keep muscle, and tone your body. Stick to a very clean diet, lots of fish, chicken, and steak. Take a multi-vitamin daily. You don't say how old you are so I will not recomend any suppliments because until you have finished growing, around 19 at the minimum, some can do more harm than good. Hit the gym 5 days a week with the extra cardio, train one muscle group at a time, eat right, and get plenty of sleep, at least 8 hours a day. Yes sleep is important to training your body as it helps your muscles heal from the strain of excersize. If they don't have time to heal, they will NOT grow.

Well it depends, weight varies for each position on the field. Now a days offensive lineman are big and fat, you will need to know what position your trying out for before you can get a workout regime going.

4 any position u need practice regardless but the best shoes to get 4 a defender would be nike lasers

run alot, become well disciplined, lift weights( bench,squat,powerclean,deadlift) and learn youre position. watch some tapes of some of the greats who have played that position

hey truefire, well you've got the right start...you just want to play. Is there a reason why you're not playing high school ball? You can contact me, and I will do my best to answer each segment of questions you're looking for; but try to understand there are people that get paid very well for exercise and diet regimins...to put any information out here thats free and easy would put folks out of work. Your beginning will be in fitness...your body has to be in very good shape to withstand the beating you take in football. Having a membership to the Y is a great start. Your initial goal is to bench press your body weight...and run 40 yards in less than 5 seconds.
