well you have to eat healthy if you want to be healthy...there is no miracle pill. or you could continue eating the same and start working out, that would at least be a start!

You didn't gain a lot of weight overnight, and you won't lose it overnight either. Exercise. Do a little work and stop looking for an easy way out. The only reason diet pills even sell is because people are gullible enough to think they'll drop a miraculous amount of weight in no time at all. Look at it this way. If diet pills really worked that well, everyone would be thin. Truth is they don't work. The only sure fire thing to losing weight is diet and exercise

I'm 15 honey and feelthe same way. But diet pills are usually the LAST thing to consider. Try restricting your intake first. If u can't eat healthy, then eat less crap(excuse the term). Check the label and eat the stuff with less A: sugar, B: any kind of fat, and C: sodium. Those are your weight loss enemies. Walking is an amazing easy exercise. If u walk for and hour at an easy pace, u burn at LEAST 100 calories. Do t even worry about time. Just check when u leave and walk with music until you HAVE to go back home. Try those three and the weight will drop off :)

You're a failure at life. Sorry. Pills are not the ******* answer. This is why america sucks. QUOTED "Just so you know diet pills do not work, they'll speed your heart up and make you feel like you have more energy but it is geared toward giving you extra energy to workout. I recommend a healthy exercise routine even if you don't like working out, start with keeping a calorie log of what you eat daily and start with simple exercise like walking or the elyptical. No "magic" pill will help you lose weight without proper diert and exercise. Those pills will kill you eventually" Calorie logs SUCK. 1 apple = 100 calories, as a bag of low fat cookies = 100 calories. They're the same amount of calories, but you'll lose more by eating the apple. Calories dont mean ****, you need to eat healthy food.
