someone posted that rice crispy treats have no calories--- i think they were probably referring to the water and tea they previously mentioned but i figured id let you know,they DO have calories lol. (about 100 for the packaged kind- yum)
i do weight watchers, i LOVE it. when i first started, i lost 5 lbs before the first 2 weeks was even up! even if that doesnt sound like much to you since youre in such a rush, it feels AMAZING when you lose the first time, whether its one pound or ten lol. and that pushes you to keep going! i really think you should look into it, their website talks about their two different programs. im on the flex plan, which means any food you can imagine has a points value, you can still have any food you want, its just a matter of staying within your points for the day, which to me has REALLY helped the overall problem of portion control and eating when im not actually hungry. its something that you can do the rest of your life if need be, OR fall back on if you notice the scale creeping back up a couple lbs, because its TEACHING you something. its not about deprivation or anything. i LOVE food lol and i love this plan.
DONT beat yourself up, that wont help you get anywhere, im like you and after 2 years of being OFF weight watchers and not gaining back a single pound (and i ate whatever i wanted lol) i started gaining about 6 months ago, and it crept up on me and now i ahve to redo about 20lbs worth of work which makes me so mad at myself but i can be mad and try a crash diet and maybe lose 5 lbs that INEVITABLY ill gain back, OR i can just go back to a program that isnt hard, and WORKS. weight watchers is popular for a reason, you should seriously look into it :) (no i dont work for them, it just works and its so much simpler than people think.)
