Question: How about all the fat in my body will it disappear? And I'll just start to lose weight? I'm worried it won't but everybody's saying starving myself won't work anyway:(

Do not starve your body of the essential nutrients it receives from food!! Your body relies on the carbs, lipids, protein, vitamins, minerals, and water that your consume! Yes, eating healthier will certainly be beneficial, and will most likely increase your chances of losing weight. But you need to know how much of which foods you should be consuming on a daily basis. If you eat too little, your body will think that you are starving, and will store energy in your adipose (fat) tissues, which is obviously something you're trying to avoid. If you have a smart phone, go to the app store and download "My Fitness Pal". Enter your current weight and height, and how much weight you'd like to lose. There is a calorie tracker to help you determine how much you've consumed for each meal each day. You can also add how much you've exercised each day. Good luck!

Honey, starving yourself doesn't get you anywhere so don't starve. Eat more healthy food and exercise 2 hours per day. Also drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits. In 3 months I'm sure you're gonna lose plenty of weight, good luck :)

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more
