Question: i m prone to gain wieght easily .3 months before i consulted a doctor for weight loss program he gave me weight loss pills ,with some calcium vitamins and diet supplementry pills i started taking fruits milk and cut down sweets chocolates and colas ,in two months i lost 6 kgs n remained healthy but in the third months i felt very weak , i cant even do the work at home properly , i started sweating from which i suffered potassium n sodium deficiency now i ve lost almost 8 kgs but i m feeling pain in my bones and unable to do laborious works , i cant even do exercise n workout and i m still obese .please give me tips to get rid of this problem i m depressed with my health and lost the stamina to go ahead i still ve to lose 20 kgs .

Hi dear I really feel sad to know about your health you must don do like that now simple steps to improve your health without getting weight. 1) First you should maintain the level of electrolytes in the body other wise your kidney may be dangerously get affect. 2)drink plenty of water because its liquify the fat and improve your blood circulation 3)your sodium ,pottasium,and electrolyte level maintain by the oral rehydration solution or any other flavoured base oral rehydration solution such as .. VITAL Z or any other type 4)In the early morning you should drink one glass of warm water with two table spoon of pure honey.. it will decrease your fat and also maintain the level of carbohydrate in the body 5)If you loose more and more weight it is more vulnerable for you and make your skin and your body in very bad condition 6)I have also a treatment of your problem as the lign of treatment but still i m not able to post you. 7)drink the milk regularly dont avoid it because it is complete diet for your body.(note: you should boiled the milk two to three times and remove the complete cream from the milk) if problem persist contact me i will do something to solve your problem.. till then bbye paleja(male nurse,government hospital,gujarat india)

What I always suggest is just eating a balance of everything. The food pyramid is a good guideline. Eat healthy carbs like whole grain breads and pastas for example. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Drink Slim Fasts for extra energy. If you drink sodas, drink only diet, and drink water with your meals. Limit meat consumption to like 2 servings a day. Go on a walk or jog... work up to cardio like running. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Also, try not to eat after 8 pm. Take a multivitamin to ensure you are getting your daily source of vitamins. Hope these pointers help!!

Weight is 99% the result of diet. Exercise just helps firm up the skin after the weight is lost. Of course, if someone runs 10 miles a day and doesn't eat anything additional they will lose a few ounces. When you diet please remember that you have to eat the minim daily requirements of nutrients or your body will go into the starvation mode and you can't lose weight. Five pounds a month is a good goal, just don't backslide. Good Luck!

start to take little walks like 10 min walk more or less doesnt matter start to take more than one a day after like a month and take a little longer stay gaining in walking time after 2 or 3 a day walks. try to eat a little veggies and fruits and cut of a little food a day like 1 ounce dont go to low though. try not to slouch and get up every 15 min to walk likt to i place in the house and bak it works if thats to much start out lower. but still get 2 servings of meet 4 servings of dairy 8 cups a water a day dont ferget to eat at least one fruit and veggie a meal accept breakfest only fruits 1 to 2 doesnt matter. it works trust me
