When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I was a personal trainer. I know a lot of people have the same situation like you. Do not think about it too much. First step, you need to balance your time of eating, sleeping. Then you should go for any diet but it must make you feel comfortable. I mean like the normal day, you eat a lot of meat or burgers or something has too many calories, then you gotta eat more vegetable than meat, but not too much, because your body have been provided a lot of calories , so you gotta take it easy. Secondly, sleeping is important. 7 - 8 hours for a day ( recommend). Thirdly, working -out. Do not waste your time and a lot money to register for gym. There are two things : push-up and running. Just these two. You gotta do this every day but not too much. I mean day after day you probably should increase your strength and your muscle , so you should work out harder. You should not lie down after eating. You should participate some outdoor activities, sports... So take your time. I guaranty this works because it worked for my uncle. He was a fat ***. LOL. Anyways, I hope you got what you want.

Well, that feels like alot of energy that you simply would reduce out. For illustration, for breakfast I rather endorse simply having a granola bar. For lunch, have the skim milk, inexperienced tea and as an alternative of that wrap with junk on it, have a two slice of entire wheat bread sandwhich with a few low fats turkey and not anything else. Also take a look at having a couple of portions of fruit every day and walking extra.

my friend jason,i need you to think positive now,you have to cut on all those big mac's and fries and jugs of soda,don't worry i did that too with a CoolAid smile,i would suggest 1.run as much as you can
2.do squats with your back towards the wall lifting your self then let your body slide do reps of 10 if you can to start 3.you can also put your feet up on the wall and try to do crunches sit ups,its a little hard for some people in the begin-ing but you can do this,4.cut on sweets 5.drink lots of water,i was weighing 380 two months ago today i am weighing 295 and still trying hard,it harder for me,trust me and of course yourself you have to have a positive attitude towards your work out.good luck my friend.

green coffe bean capsules. look on the package. for "svetol" or gca. it should have at least 45% of chlorogenic acid. dosage should be 400mg 3x DAY. THESE ARE from dr. oz. also burn 500 calories a day ( at least) obviously, burning 1000 or 2000 calories would be better but that would take at least 4 hours a day of non stop excerisse. 2 hours a day on a treadmill would make a significant difference. if you do these, you dont really need to change your diet but eating healthier would certainly help alot! i only drink water and drinking soft drinks makea difference so i reccomend you not touch them. hope his helps :P

If you are eating too much then try to eat less but eat healthy foods always and do physical exercise with that. Don't eat junk food now.
