Question: I asked a question and someone said that the green tea pills help you lose weight. Is this true?? Has anyone ever tried them? Do you gain the weight back quickly? I've heard green tea is good, but I hate tea....so the pills might be better :/ Is it ok for people under 18 to use them?? What will happen if you're under?

Hey I don't really know for sure about the pills, but I thought I would answer because I ordered a free thing of green tea from http://myultragreentea.com a while ago and have been drinking it religiously. I am pretty sure that the effects from the pills would be the same, so I have been feeling increased energy and my body just feels really good. I also combined this with exercise and stuff which is what you should do! Good luck with the pills!

Drinking a high grade loose green tea is better than taking pills. Here is why. Pills are made of the lowest grade green tea, the cheapest stuff that drinkers don't want. They may contain more contaminants, and may be associated witih more side effects. It is easy to overdose taking pills. You lose out on other nutrients contained in liquid green tea. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly. 1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water. 2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed. 3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often. These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. They have warning labels if your under 18. I have tried them and did not see much results. Try switching out the white bread, rice, and potatoes for whole grains breads and brown rice and sweet potatoes. Eat foods rich in color because they pack the most nutrients and antioxidents. Things like this can easily take off and keep off the weight. 20 min of cardio a day works best. Try walking, dancing, jogging, just leep it fun and new. It will work and it's healthy for your body.

After reading this I just have to share something because I spent many years jumping from diet to diet without seeing any success until I discovered Pams magic plan (i found it on google). Without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever achieved and i have kept it off to this day.
