The stomach aches are from not eating, or not eating enough. When your body is suffering from malnutrition, your stomach "chimes in" with pains, cramping, and lots of other problems to let you know that there is a problem. First of all, you are not overweight, second of all, you are well within the normal weight and body mass index for your height. For someone who is 5'2" tall and weighs 119 pounds, the normal body mass index range is 18.5-24.9 your body mass index is 21.8 which means that you are the exact size that you should be! To calculate your own body mass and see for yourself, you can visit: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ About your missed periods, if you aren't giving your body the nutrition that it needs, it can't perform normally, One of the functions that your body can't perform properly if you are not eating properly is your monthly periods. Stress, malnutrition, not eating, dieting, weight loss, and weight gain are just a few of the many reasons that your period can be late, skipped, or not come at all. The fact that you are not eating is contributing to you missing your periods. Now, the fact that you are only 15, means that you did not give your body long enough to balance your periods before you thru it out of whack by not eating. Because of your age, you should see a gynocologist if you have a period that lasts more than 14 consecutive days, or if you do not have a period for 60 days. Anything before that, they won't be worried, because before the age of 16 years old, it's common to skip periods, have multiple periods in the same month, etc. I hope that you can get the help you need to make yourself not feel fat, because you aren't. You are perfectly healthy and stressing and obsessing over your weight, when there is nothing wrong with it, and not eating can lead to all sorts of eating disorders that could last for the rest of your life or kill you. God bless you!

It could just be a cyst, They are very common after you get your tubes tied. However, You need to make sure you don't have a tubal pregnancy. That is also very possible. I would see a doctor SOON. And if they brush you off see someone else. You know your body better then anyone.

Take another test, and if it comes back negative, go to the doctor, as you could have something serious. But you should also book an appointment with your doctor if you are pregnant. To me though, that sounds a lot like pregnancy. Hope this helps, and have a great day!
