A good meal plan to lose a little body fat?

A good meal plan to lose a little body fat? Topic: A good meal plan to lose a little body fat?

Question: Hi, I am 15. 6 feet, 175 pounds I have probably 12-14% body fat. All the research I have done says that one must be in the single digits of body fat to reveal their ab muscles. If i flex super hard, I have a two-pack. Anyways, I know how to workout and good routines, but I am a complete novice at nutrition. See, the problem is that most websites I go to say to fast or eat very little, but I don't want to be skinny. For sports, I need to stay the size that I am at and losing weight and being skinny is not what I want to do, but I want to lose body fat. Is that impossible? My goal is in these last two months before summer to lose 3% of my body fat. Is that too much in too short of time? Please give me detailed meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). When I should eat them, multiple meals, etc. Keep in mind I workout before school and usually late afternoon. I am not interested in any weight loss pills or anything that will cost additional money. I appreciate it, Max

Eat more protein and less carbs, this will force your body to use more fat for energy, which means you will get leaner without losing weight. You need to add up your daily caloric intake, you are 175 lbs. I'm guessing you are eating about 2,500-2,700 calories a day. Eat the same amount of calories so you won't lose weight but more protein to get rid of fat. Eat 3 meals with 2 snacks. Sample muscle meals Breakfast- 3 egg omelet with spinach and tomato 1 piece whole wheat toast with peanut butter tall glass of milk Snack- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts apple Lunch- 1 cup of black beans over 1/2 cup brown rice 10 oz chicken breast banana Snack- Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup bluberries 1/2 cup of roasted almonds Dinner- 1/2 pound burger open face burger (only one slice of bread or 1/2 a bun) with tomato, lettuce and mustard 1 cup kidney beans tall glass of milk

amazing plan..might want to make the eggs egg whites if you are looking for more weight loss. also, i would add more foods that can fill you up longer like lean turkey so that you reduce those urges to eat.
