Question: I am tired all the time have a treadmill, but no energy to use it and no money for fancy foods, So I need to know something cheap and effective. Rapid Weight Loss Plan General Information This diet is also a fast and is fat- burning. The key is that you will burn many more calories than you will take in. The Basic Fat Burning Soup can and should be eaten anytime you feel hungry… eat as much as you want. Remember, the more of the soup you eat, the more you will lose. Definite no-no's on the plan are: • Breads • Alcohol • Carbonated drinks (including diet) • All fried foods This diet will not interfere with any prescribed medication. You can eat broiled chicken for the beef if you wish, but absolutely no skin on the chicken. If you wish you can substitute broiled fish for beef on one of the beef days. Eat the beef and veggies to your hearts content on this day. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with green, leafy veggies but no baked potato. All the flawed matters and I can not feel that its including as much as 1400. I'm amazed with ice cream, pudding, path combine, and pretzels that its now not extra! I'm an obese youngster too (17) so I'm now not going to knock your plan however whilst I see purple lighting all over. Breakfast is lovely well. I'm now not a breakfast individual and I drink a pitcher of soymilk for the morning (offers plenty of viatmins and vitamins and minerals and begins the day without work properly). So your breakfast is okay. Lunch, now not so well. Why are you consuming a gentle pretzel for lunch? That's now not adequate and despite the fact that you have been going to consume whatever that wasn't adequate check out a small salad or part a turkey sandwich. The water is a well drink to head with lunch although. Your Dinner- I consume lean delicacies too however cannot consume it day-to-day. Frozen dinners include plenty of additions and preservatives and certain the energy are well for brief time period whilst you do not have whatever to make the effort to prepare dinner and you are in a rush however its a as soon as in a at the same time kind of factor. you shouldn't need fancy foods; just plain fruit & vegetables, watching what & how much you eat, plenty of water, lots of rest, and other exercise can help. exercise doesnt always have to be treadmillized (i know that's not a word). try a sport, or take long brisk walks in the evening. if you have kids, take them to the park. keeping up with them will certaily wear you out! get some friends and family members together who need to lose some weight too and make it a group effort. it's much better if you've got supporters who will watch out for each other! if you still don't feel any energy or still can't lose weight, ask your doctor. it may be a metabolism problem. you have the willpower to lose weight; you just need to recognize it!! good luck. :)

well im not over weight but i want to loose abit of podge on my tummy! and im eating 2 weetabix with milk for breakfast a bowel of canned soup for dinner a bowel of canned soup for tea i have the odd cup of tea im drinking loads of water and when i get hungry in between i either eat fruit or carrott sticks or if i crave junk food il have the odd pack of crisps :) a few days into it its easy peasy lol the cravings go away! also weight watchers mirco meals are really good there about £1 or £1.50 they taste really good. good luck x
