i'm trying to lose 20 pounds this month and i've been eating around
800 - 1100 calories a day? is that healthy? for example, today i had
a bagel w/lite cream cheese for breakfast some yogurt, granola and
an fruit ice pop for lunch and some crackers for a snack. im going to
have a bowl of fruit and a glass of lemonade for dinner. is this ok?
(i drank 6 bottles of water)

Well im a guy so it may be different, but my advice to you is not to count calories. As long as your eating healthy and nutritious foods you wont be gaining any weight. The bagel and cream cheese, however you could probably do without. Also along with diet a good excercise program will greatly improve your results. It will improve your figure as well as increase metabolism allowing for more calories being burnt.
