Question: I am a 27 year-old female and I wiegh 213 and I am 5' 6''. I just bought hip hop abs and need advice on how to lose weight especially my huge gut and back fat. I need advice on how much excercising(calories burned) and what sort of eating diet I should maintain. Thank-you P.S. My lower stomach is saggy and stretched out now from 2 kids will it sag more if I lose weight? and how can I tighten that area up

Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It's actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips. * Be in right frame of mind * Eat whole food * Eat fresh fruit * Drink enough water * Always chew your food * Take small meals * Include protein at meal * Shut off TV while eating * Increase your physical activity - Healthy life every day!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods. You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs. Alright, well first you should keep a journal. Secondly, you need to keep a realistic goal. As in, lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks. You can only lose 1-2 pounds weeks of body fat per week. Start off by cutting 400 calories from your daily calorie intake (i.g. if you eat 2,000 calories now, eat 1,600) After two weeks, cut 200 more calories (so now you would eat 1,400) After two more weeks, cut off 100 calories (1300 calories now), and do this until you hit 1,000 and then stop at 1,000. (You will tend to do this naturally anyways, but by doing this you will lose weight faster by tricking your body) Breakfast should be your biggest meal, and then eat small proportional meal every 2 hours until 6 p.m. throughout the day. Your meals should consist of vegetables, fruits, beans, brown rice, lean meats, wheat bread, fish, fat free yogurt, egg whites, etc. Remember again, not to eat past 1600 calories. 80% of weight loss is due to diet. Next, let's talk exercise. Again, you have to trick your body into losing weight by starting off slowly and working your way up. Start by running two miles per week and try and walk everywhere you possibly can. Walk your dog, take your kids to the park, and do things that you enjoy doing. Cardio and weight-training are the two exercises that cause the most weight loss. Cardio can be anything from walking, running, jumping, jump-roping, karate, and anything that gets your heart going. Weight training can be doing the plank, push-ups, and lifting weights. Do cardio for 10 minutes and weight training for 10 as well the first week. After, do cardio for 15 minutes and weight training for 10. Increase the cardio 5 minutes every week until you reach your desired weight goal.Drink plenty of water! Atleast 8 glasses per day. This will not only keep you hydrated, but it will cause you to lose the 5-10 pounds of water weight your body regularly stores. Remember, it WON'T BE EASY! DON'T BE INTIMIDATED IF YOU DON'T SEE RESULTS THE FIRST FEW WEEKS! IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!
