Question: What are the best,seriously effective crash diets? And how the hell do you do a juice fast? You could also put other diets you've done but be specific please. Sorry if this is a lot of **** to ask for. [=

There is a variety of juice fasts on the internet. It depends on what you want to achieve. A standard juice fast is drink only water and low calorie fruit juices with no added sugar for 3 to 10 days. Crash diets are not healthy. But one I did try was the Hollywood juice diet, get it at Walmart in the diet section. GNC has a Therma G plan, and there is the one where you eat only 6 pieces of fruit a day and drink 1 gallon of water (every day) and that is all. It works but it is hard to do and not healthy at all. Best to commit to a healthy eating plan with exercise.

A juice fast really isnt a "diet". I know pure juice fasting involves one of those Jack LaLain deals and you are physically juicing carrots, apples, and spinach, etc and making juices with it. You drink those all day and then eat no food. You can do juice fasts for 30 days and you're honestly fine (like calorie wise ... you wont die of starvation or anything!). Water fasting is where you eat zero food and only drink water (NO diet sodas or any calorie-less drink. JUST water). That, I would do no longer than 7 days. DONT do any heavy exercising during this period either. Those fasts are basically de-toxing. They arent aimed towards losing weight. You do lose weight, but if you eat your typical diet afterwards, you will gain it all back. I lose the most weight eating natural, whole foods and exercising. No fake foods. Ask yourself, would someone 50 years ago eat this? If the answer is no - then I dont eat it. Plus with the fruits and veggies and whole grains - you poo a lot which helps. Just sayin.

The 21 pounds in 21 days diet works very well, but I would say that is due to the complete lack of solid food. I bought the book a few days ago for my husband who wanted to juice all of his food to win a bet, but I don't think he can hang with that one, even for money. Crash Diets are crazy. It is a way to fool your body temporarily, but the body has a way of getting back at you ten fold. I remember that as I monitor my food consumption and do cardio every night. People are so opposed to doing the two things that are the most effective...Diet and exercise. Good luck.

Hello I want you to know that I understand your problem because once I was at that point too , and I didnt like it at all , but you must not loose your confidence because I found something that literally changed my life , becoming much better making also all my friends very surprised that I had so much willing power , but actually they didnt knew that this was kind of easy , so I will put the link below , maybe you will try it too (for me it worked ).

why do you want to go on a crash diet.it is not good for your health.moreover you land up gaining more weight than you started with.best is to loose weight slowly.add exercise mainly aerobics.you will loose weight slowly but you will be able to maintain that and retain your strength.crash dieting make you weaker and you might even loose your natural skin glow go for slow and steady weight loose

crash diets....all you lose is water weight and muscle and also dramatically slow down your metabolism which will make fat loss in the future SOOO much harder. plus you will gain more than lost back as soon as start eating normal. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
