Is it any way possible to lose 45 pounds in like 2 months max? but of course a healthy way? PLEASE HELP! i need to look killer in a swimsuit for summer. :]

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

or put ankle weights on or shoe weights, you can wear long pants if you don't want people to see. Watch your amount of sugar intake, go for a jog every day or every other day and if you have a dog, good exercise for them too. :).
And believe in yourself, I know that sounds weird but it can help. After a while of eating right and exercising you'll get used to it, but you'll also want to stop at times. Tell yourself "no, I have to look killer in a swimsuit for summer" and you'll be surprised at results.

I forgot to start dieting too!
The way I do it is go low on carbs and sugar.
Drink water all day and eat fruit and vegitables when I'm hungry for a snack and ,of course, I hit the gym with a decent cardio work out and full body lifting.
