Question: im 13 years old im 5'9 and im 230 lbs. i need to lose weight fast. is there any way i can take pills or any kind of shakes or anything ive been like this for a while i cant stan it i have been taking stackers it says 3 times a day but i only take one is that ok? but if u have any kind of diet plan besides excersising (IVE TRIED THAT) I excersis at least 3-4 times a weeks but only burn 2-6 hundred calories a day. i need to lose weight before school starts again!! if any one has anything i mean anything give it to me by replying to this. thanks!

You have unrealistic expectations. You made "fast" the most important thing-- but all fast weight loss does is screw up your metabolism Naturally you should only be losing about 1 to 2 lbs per week by eating right and exercising. Diet pills don't work... they just ruin your metabolism. IF they worked so well, they wouldn't sell millions of them a year since I was a kid... they're still on the market because they don't work. I worked for a plus size clothing store for years and everyone I ever asked has tried them... and no one has ever lost weight with them. If you start them and diet, you will lose water weight quickly (of course you lose that without pills too), but they don't help you lose fat any more quickly... they just make it more likely you'll gain it back with extra.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs

I wouldnt suggest diet pills, they will cause more problem than they solve. Also there is no way to lose fat fast it will take some time and lots of determination to be able to do it. You will probably lose some weight when you hit puberty full swing so dont fixate too much on losing all the weight. I would suggest you stick to exercising, some muscle building exercise to build up muscles (the more muscles you have the faster you will burn fats). Also try to get a slot of about 40 minutes of uninterrupted cardio training per day, start slowly at first though. Also see a dietician for a diet appropriate for your age and for fat loss t will probably mean having a reduced calorific intake compared to the amount you usually use. (take care though as you are in your teens and will soon need lots of nutrients to sustain your body growth. It'd be a pity for you to be slim now and then later suffer from under development and a mountain of complications just because you didnt feed yourself well enough during your adolescent years. Avoid snacking and lazing in front of TV with potato chips the whole day. Also once you start losing weight dont over do it, remember not everybody has the same body type some people are by nature designed to be plumper or squarer or larger than others, you need not ressemble someone with a size 0. Skinny doesnot suit everybody.
