Question: I'm in middle school, and right now, I'm trying to lose about 60 pounds. I'm almost 200 pounds, and it's basically time for a change. I'm 5'7" and I'm not really like everyone else. No one has said that I'm fat, they don't think I'm big, none of that. I don't look that much and everyone says so. But anyways, I seriously want to lose weight and fast. I know it's not going to take a week or two, but I would like to cut off a few pounds a week. I think that at a younger age, it's a lot easier because my body is still changing. Besides, I have a very low self confidence and losing weight can help me build it back up. It can give me a better outlook of me. I need really good answers, but only things that won't be expensive to purchase. Like no equipment, juicers, nothing much that I have to buy unless you say fruits and veggies. When it comes to all types of foods, it's not all that good b/c my parents won't think I'm committing that much. So, how can I lose weight fast? Please help!

You will be able to with diet and excercise. Make sure that with every meal half of it is fruits or vegetables, eat lots of proteins, and stick to fish, chicken, or lean meat. And excercise, go online, and look up excercises that you don't need equipment for. Do a half hour a day, and excercise at least 3 days a week. This is a safe, healthy, and effective way to lose weight.

Just keep moving your body and eat light food, Why cause every time you move your body having a mini workout, eating the light food is to make sure you don't gain it back again.

use a dash of cinnamon to give fruits such as bananas and melons a richer dessert feel without the sugar

Take it from someone who lost a good amout of weight in a short amout of time...and regrets every second of it. Lose the plastic wrap idea. The only thing you're losing while doing that is water weight and as soon as you drink anything at all, you gain that weight right back. Cutting out soda is a good way to lose some weight, but I can't tell you how fast it'll be. If you crave something sweet, try fruit. There are natural sugars in fruit that might work out for you. The only way to lose weight is to expend more energy (calories) than you consume. There's a long drawn out explanation, but just cut down on your food portions and increase the amout of exercise you do. Stick with it...you'll see results but don't be surprised if they don't come as quickly as what you'd like.
