Yes, it does work. I just bought one a few days ago and let me tell you, for people who haven't tried it there just skeptical about a "belt" I wore it the first day and I noticed my abs get stronger that day. And the feeling you get is fantastic. Its like a tingling feel and you can feel your abs contract! Its amazing. Buy it now, if your a busy person like me its a great workout. Plus, it has various settings from 20-40 mins and an intensity level which challenge your core muscles a lot. I was once like you, but then realized that people will assume it won't work. Until I said hey, only I can judge that. Im 190lbs and I should be getting a six pack within 8weeks with diet and excercise! Its worth it. Plus you can try it for 30days, keep it or get your money back no questions ask. Great deal!

I bought this belt last year. I don't use it enough but when I do it does work. Granted its not a miracle worker meaning you cant wear it for X amount of minutes and continue to eat McDonald's and what not. You have to use it with our exercise regiment. I find the best results when you use it during your ab workouts. Now I cant say it has made my 6 pack show and I am 6 feet tall 170lbs... Depending on how you use this belt will determine what results you get. I can say this... When I use it properly my abs will get sore and that's the goal. If I used it more it might show results but genetics also have a clue. Think of it as a tool to help your abs when you do your ab workout. I also want to state I use it on the max setting when i do use it. The more you work your abs out the harder you have to work to make em sore. So basically it helps but to your extent. If you wanted it bad enough to drink a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and say eat a light dinner, this devise would probably work quicker. Don't forget about cardio... Cardio is HUGE... Real HUGE. While your pounding your abs the cardio's fat burning will help (i.e. burning fat on the gut while gaining ab muscle is optimal. Diet also huge key. Sorry I felt the need to say as much as I have but I feel it needed. So in conclusion yes it does work, but how much you want it to work is clearly up to you.

The timing belt is not making the noise you hear. If you can push or pull the serpentine belt more than 1/8 inch between the widest two exterior drove pulleys with the engine off, the serpentine tensioner needs to be replaced. When you first start the car the alternator pulley drives the most difficult as it is trying to recharge the battery voltage from the last re-start. Fuel injected engines all use more fuel the colder it gets. The on-board computer is constantly changing the fuel to air ratio according to ambient temperature, altitude and moisture in the air.
