Question: i am not pleased with the actual weight that i have,and i would wish to gain another 10 kilograms.and i dont wanna take all those artificial subsatnces that probably have side efects also...so if u know any methods besides those,plz tell me..thnx i am also lifting weights..but i wanna have more mass

muscle is goign to be your best bet- keep lifting weights- muscle weighs 3 times that of fat. in order to help you gain muscle increase your protein and carb levels. Go to your local pharmacy and get some protein powder. brands include musashi and sustegen sport. Drink 2-3 glasses of these a day ontop of your regular meals. these will really help you to increase your bulk and therefore weight

gain weight is just the reverse of losing weight.... to lose weight u decrease ur calorie in take to gain weight u make sure u have more calories in a day. if u dont know what calories are here are a few good foods to weight gain with out gaining FAT brown rice, Patato. Lean red meat, chicken tuna and eggs........... the best way to gain weight is to also lift weights. so go to the guy and work out a bit do some weight....
